We especially enjoyed dealing with Orlando O. and his pleasant and honest responses to our questions and his willingness to help us get the airbag replaced on our 2010 CR-V. We plan to buy a new CR-V every 2-3 years and now we plan to buy them at Norm Reeves Irvine. More

I had the best car buying experience this time First of all I just went in to LOOK since my 1914 Accord was due to come up for decision on lease soon. I happened to sit down with Edgar Galindo and First of all I just went in to LOOK since my 1914 Accord was due to come up for decision on lease soon. I happened to sit down with Edgar Galindo and I told him why I was there and really did not want to make any decision that day. After talking and talking he found me a 2016 Accord EX that I could not believe. . So we started all the paperwork and the usual that goes on with the lease of a new car. He was very knowledgably and answered all my questions. I was very happy when I left the dealership. And yes, my grand daughter just totaled her Mazda that same afternoon which sent me into brain freeze and I had to call Edgar on my cell phone a couple of times on way home because I had forgotten how to start the car. He was very helpful and I was looking at used Civic's for my daughter on Friday while my windows were being tinted. I will recommend that they come and talk to Edgar about buying a new/used car for my grand daughter. That is their decision as my son in law will go where he gets the best quote. Great experience.
