After some extensive shopping (where I experienced every sales technique imaginable from high pressure to being ignored, even with a pre-approved financing check in hand), I went to Norm Reeves torn between purchasing a used car or leasing a new one. The moment I drove onto the lot I knew this would be a different experience. My sales guy, Michael Poirier, is beyond a doubt one of the best I've ever had in over 30 years of car buying. He was knowledgeable, polite, eager but not overwhelming, and when my wife accompanied me on trip 2 he totally included her in the conversation and revisited all of our preferences and likes - from her point of view. As a sales leader in some high tech companies, I recognize sales talent. A good one will present the product well and keep the buying cycle moving forward until the purchase decision.
