We found a CPO Honda Pilot on the dealer's website and were contacted within minutes by Safi. We were not able to drive to the dealership until a few days later, and Safi kept us updated with the car's price and availability twice a day. On the day we drove to the dealership, Safi texted us a picture of the keys with the car's stock number attached to assure us that the car was there. (This was a big deal to us since we'd driven to two dealerships in the last week only to find that the car we were coming to see had coincidentally been sold "minutes before" we arrived.) Safi met us in the parking lot and got us started with a test drive right away. He was knowledgeable and friendly, helping us to feel at ease the whole time. He wasn't pushy or impatient, regardless of the fact that it was Memorial Day and he probably had many other prospective customers. Safi was a great first impression for us! Once we got into financing, we waited for the pushy, sneaky financing guy to try to sweet-talk us. Instead, we met Adam, who was anything but pushy. He was clear and straightforward about pricing, informative and knowledgeable about add-ons, and never manipulative. In fact, we ended up chatting with him even after our paperwork was signed because he was so personable and down to earth. What a surprise it was for us to encounter two professional, personable young men in an industry known for the opposite. Whatever moral and social standards Norm Reeves sets for its employees are chipping away at the long-held stereotype of the car salesman. We will certainly return to this dealership! More

Costco auto buying program I used Costco’s auto program and this dealership had the vehicle I was interested in. My appointment was with Ray but he was already working with another customer so Alex was available to help me. The price was unbeatable and everything was clearly explained as well as optional accessories. In the finance office Casey patiently explained what each charge was for as well as the available warranty and maintenance plans. I normally dislike car buying because I feel like I never got a good deal. This experience was completely different and I appreciate the help I got from Alex, Ray and especially Casey. I would use the Costco program again and this dealership in particular. More

One of the best saleperson in all the new car dealership Ray is one of the best, he willing to work with us on pricing and find us a car at other dealership since his dealership didn't have the car in stock. Never try to push us into a pricer modal or try to upsale of add-on. Overall he is quick and efficient so you don't end up wasting hours at the dealership, which is a very big plus for me. Amazing and Fast!
