The salesperson, Orlando, was genuinely friendly, quick, super efficient - and the best part is that when it turned out that there were problems, they immediately told us to bring it in. Just got word that the car is ready for pick up, and the service is free for us. One would hope so; however, with used cars like hers, there is no warranty, and the dealership wasn't bound to go this 'extra mile'. All in all, we are very impressed.
