Got everything that was promised Safi was welcoming and did a great job in helping me obtain the lease that we had talked about over email. Initially there was miscommunication from the sales desk and Safi was patient and work with the store manager, my wife, and me to obtain the correct price. Safi made sure that even during a busy time, I was seen and helped in the appropriate way. I would recommend Safi to anyone looking for someone who is not pushy and willing to work with you not for himself. I would say however Rich D’Agostino was unpleasant to work with. He presented as unwilling, guarded, and defensive. It appeared as if helping someone buying a car was unpleasant unless his sales desk was benefiting. I would recommend speaking with someone else if you ever deal with him. Other than Rich, the other management such as James Ponce (Store Manager) and Dustin Curtis (Finance Manager) was understanding, professional, and overall very helpful despite any errors in communication. I would recommend this dealership minus Rich D’Agostino. More
