I made arrangements to meet with Dan within the hour and I told him that I was interested in purchasing a new Civic. When I arrived at the dealership he had the car ready for me to test drive and away we went. Dan was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all of my questions about the car. I had second thoughts about the size of the Civic and asked to test drive an Accord, no problem, away we went again.
