Ended up coming back the next day due to the loan officer being off work at my bank and ended up walking out with the car I test drove the previous day. Poor Customer Satisfaction Drove 80 miles twice to dealer to be told the vehicle I wanted was sold as soon as I pulled up my pre-approved offer from my lender. I was called by their finance executive to come down and work the paperwork not to worry that the car is pretty much mine and on hold. When I finally arrived, I show them my pre approved loan and said to wait that everything was ok. However after waiting couple minutes and being told that everything is being worked out their finance executive said the car just got sold. Why they dragged me back a second day I don't know, how it's discouraging they can do that while they preach we are the helpful Honda dealers of Southern California, from what I've experienced today forget about buying a Honda. For everyone buying there, make sure to sign fast because if you don't they will sell the car while they run your credit just Be Ware! More
