He never tried to steer me into any direction, just to make a sale. He was honest and forthcoming. He searched and found the perfect car for me. The day I went to buy it, he spent several hours going over the entire procedure, all paperwork and then showing me in detail how everything in the car works. I really appreciate the time he took. Now I see why all his customers are "Repeat Customers", over and over. I will always go to Jim for my future cars, and I have already told my friends about him. We were set with our budget and terms so we shared the details with the dealerships we reached out to. Alex Boloorchian was among those who responded to our inquiry, he always responded in a timely manner and worked with our budget. After we agreed to terms, we set an appointment to finalize the deal and sign paperwork. When we met, he was very professional and never tried to change anything we had verbally agreed to. In Finance, Adam Baydoun, was also honest and kept the upselling to a minimum. He was thorough and careful with handling the documents. I’d like to thank Alex, Adam, the sales manager, and everyone else who made this experience and transaction as smooth, efficient, and straightforward as it could be. 2018 Honda Civic I was looking for a certified pre-owned Civic with low miles and at a great price. Well I found what I was looking for at Norm Reeves in Irvine. Ray w I was looking for a certified pre-owned Civic with low miles and at a great price. Well I found what I was looking for at Norm Reeves in Irvine. Ray was more than helpful over the phone and gave me all the information I needed before making the 1hr drive from Riverside. Ray even continued to answer my questions via text the night before after hours. The next day we made the drive and the car and price were exactly as promised over the phone. Real easy process to test drive and buy since the price was already lowered over phone the day before. The signing part of the paperwork with the finance department needs some work though. There were a lot of mistakes on the paperwork that had to be redone so the whole signing part of the purchase took much longer than it should have. Overall not a bad experience and as far as Ray goes he was great. More

I also wanted an estimate of how much my monthly payment would be with or without gap insurance. When I went to Toyota, they took the time to look this up for me without running my credit first. I am thankful that Miguel was so helpful and and Gus and went over these things with me the following day. I also wish Dustin took more time explaining the security system to me. Otherwise I am very satisfied with my purchase and the team was very friendly and in some ways helpful. More
