During our conversation, he kept blaming me, suggesting it was my driving at fault, even though I repeatedly emphasized that I was driving normally. However, he didn’t believe me. He didn’t resolve the issue and was rude and impatient throughout. When I picked up my car and asked him a question about it, he didn’t answer and suddenly got angry, turned around, and walked away with my car keys in hand, without saying a word. His attitude was awful, and he never apologized afterward. More
