I was very annoyed by the treatment I received, and I went to the Dealer to talk to the service supervisor and file the complaint, talk to a worker so that he could interpret me, and talk to the supervisor on duty (Michael). and who promised that he was going to act on the matter. My experience with Mr. Miguel Cabrera leaves much to be desired and gives a bad reputation to the Dealer. I will think about returning to service my vehicle. I await a call from the supervisor. A few days later I called and asked for the other manager and left her a voice message until today they did not answer my call, so I decided to leave feedback on my terrible experience with this dealer with whom I will never do business again because They don't care how they treat customers. I also used the chat on the website and the young woman who attended to me did not want to give me the appropriate link to leave my feedback, I had to do it by myself using Google and I found it, I will wait until tomorrow otherwise I will write my experience not only in the Web. I called the service desk at 5:03pm to inquire on the status of my car and the receptionist said he was not answering his phone and she left a message to have him call me back with the status. I never received a call from him and it is now after hours on 3/18/2023 and I am without a car until 3/20/2023 at the earliest since they are closed on Sundays. Also, upon looking closer at my paperwork, I noticed Michael inaccurately noted he received my car at 11:00am. This is completely unacceptable service. Had I known that my car wouldn't be serviced today, I would've picked it back up and returned on a different day. I have to be at work on Monday at 8am. I absolutely cannot be without a car and Michael and the entire service team have put me in an impossible position. I was already wary of getting my car serviced because it took over 6 hours last time to get a simple oil change despite having an appointment. But after this, I will never come back. More

I happened to be in the area, so I stopped by to make an appointment. The Service Advisor explained how they were fully booked that day, so I explained I just wanted to make an appointment. He (Trevor) told me to come back in the morning between 9:00 and 9:30. First I am not much of a morning person, but I accepted the appointment time. He wrote the time and his name on a slip of paper and gave it to me. When I showed up I explained when my appointment was and who booked it. The advisor called over to another advisor and said "we have another Trevor Appointment" and was told I did not have an appointment, and I could not be serviced that day. I made a 30 mile round trip for absolutely nothing. Given today's gas prices, traveling 30 miles is ridiculous and costly. I am on a fixed income and cannot afford unnecessary spending. I am due for A1 service on my 2012 CRV. I hope you get your act together, before I try to schedule another appointment. More
Worst car dealer experience ever. Never have I felt so devalued and disrespected as a customer by so many of your employees. You sold me a lemon. Came back with the issues to be repaired. You said it was fixed only for the same issues to come back worse the next day. Now you say it's new a issue completely unrelated and to pretty much pay more money. No clear answers, No solution, no apology, no discount offered, no reimbursement of any kind, no guarantee offer of the work, no value or care for the customer, and no follow through. All you have done is taken my money and not helped me in anyway like you said you in would. Not once was I followed up with today by Kevin Harris (Customer Relations Manager) as I waited more than 5 hours to hear bad news for a "solution" only to not be provided one at all or even spoken to other than by my advisor. If you're looking for a car go elsewhere to spend your money and time. Salesperson Meysam Kaed will say all the customers are treated and taken care of the same but that is very not true. They just want to take your money and send you out the door. Even if your car still doesn't work and you're stranded with no way home. They didn't even want to provide me with a loner or rental when I explained I don't live in the area and the car is in no condition drive. I didn't even get a full tank of gas when I bought it. You're the worst Honda dealer in my opinion. More
Beware of the FINANCE department. They will hard-sell you an expensive Karr security system which is (I've been told by another dealership) redundant since the Honda factory system is excellent. After 4 disastrous Karr misfires preventing me from driving my car (2 requiring tow truck calls) I had the Service department remove it which they graciously did in 15 minutes, But when I tried to see about a partial refund, the FINANCE department not only gave me the shuffle, the guy was actually vicious about it, accusing me of not knowing how to use it correctly and that I was the first customer ever to complain. Really? Among how many thousands of customers of the largest Honda dealer in the world? I had previously mentioned problems with the alarm system to another dealership and they told me customers actually have them remove these Karr systems sold by Norm Reeves for the same reason I wanted it gone but that I should save the removal cost and go back to Norm Reeves because they would remove it for free, which they did. But, I am still out several hundred dollars, with a lot of frustration and time wasted and clearly they will never make this right. The fact that they were nasty about it and didn't even try to make it right is what lacks integrity. The customer is just a number in their immense sales volume so losing one means nothing to them. I will never return there. You would be smart to do the same. More
