I am customer number 1376445 and the invoice given to me is number 1496653. I had a wonderful experience from your organization starting from the time I got in a rather long line to when I was handed my keys with the promise you would be there for me with my continued maintenance needs. I have every confidence you will, thanks to Mr. Ramiro Montes, your service advisor. He is not only kind, thoughtful, and professional to the customers but in fact, he shows total appreciation for his fellow employees who get us up to the point where he defines the costs and other related details. That was impressive. He gently compromised on sending someone to pick me up in Bellflower when my car was ready. This means he was listening to what all the factors indicated. He wanted to finalize the charges by month-end and we had to work with the schedule of my son's employer which is not consistent with hours that are the same Monday through Friday. On the initial call to your service center, we were advised the car might not be available until April 1st. (No pun intended). Ramiro Montes handled the whole situation with the ease and conduct of a professional. VERY Unexpected! Knowing I wanted nothing but a Honda Pilot I traveled to Riverside initially and bought a used 2008 model. As happy I was with my car I knew my eventual goal would be to move up to a new model. Last October it was time for my car's service visit and, just before it was time to pick up, I wandered around the lot. Mr. Abdeh Mazen met me and asked if he could be of service. I informed him my car was being serviced and was wondering if they had any used models "just to look at". He showed me a couple including a VERY NICE 2013 Touring model (my dream car :). He said "Well, lets go check some numbers" (the usual statement you hear). Walking with him I very well knew this couldn't happen as my finances were in no current shape to get a car much less the top model. I still cannot believe Mazen actually made it happen. I calculated to myself how much more a month I would be able to afford and, even though we had a couple of 'back-and-forth' sessions, it actually happened and I drove off the lot with what I still consider my 'DREAM' car! It was absolutely the best 'service' I ever received! Even the young lady who assisted with the paperwork to service my 2008 model texted me with congratulations! Again, VERY unexpected BUT VERY HAPPY!!! To me, Norm Reeves Honda (Cerritos) is THE BEST! They have always been the most courteous and friendly people I have ever dealt with. More

He was attentive, polite, and went out of his way to make sure we felt well taken care of! He said he'd contact us Wednesday by 3... and at 3pm on Wednesday Alfredo was calling to give us an update. Kept his word through and through! The service mechanics had the car ready at the time it was promised to us. Alfredo is the reason why we are loyal service department customers!
