Dropped off car at 8:10 for a 820 appointment. Car sat in your lot until 954 when it was finally moved in to get the oil change. When I called to schedule my oil change also told them I wanted a transmission flush and what was the cost, I was told $160 approximately. When the service writer wrote it up it was over $600, I didn’t have it done. Not for the little stuff that kind of adds up. The clear label in the upper left-hand side of the windshield that says when the next oil change was due, my old one was still up there I never got a new one. One oil life is under 15% every time you start up you get the maintenance screen. They didn’t clear that, they should have. And the worst was when I open my door and got in my vehicle my hand felt weird on the steering wheel. I took a look at my hand and it was full of grease. Then I looked at my door handle which was full of grease and now I’ve got grease on my steering wheel which I have sent you some leather cleaner to clean off. A complete fail More
I am very disappointed with their lack of pride in keeping my vehicle in mint condition for my first warranty maintenance service. Even with my specific requests not to ding my vehicle, the vehicle wa keeping my vehicle in mint condition for my first warranty maintenance service. Even with my specific requests not to ding my vehicle, the vehicle was returned to me with multiple large stains and small tool-ding on side-front where the mechanic worked on. The service rep was apologetic and removed the stains (6"x12") but unable to remove the ding. I could have taken the dealership service center to small claim court but I decided Not worth my time and stress! For a brand new $68K vehicle with less than 4000 miles and specific requests to treat my vehicle with care, I received the "less than average care" and disrespects! Very disappointed! Norm Reeves Service Management and Owner could learn a good practice from Honda Dealership Service in Naples Florida! More
