Dealership does not value customer's time. Useless to make an appt coz no consuderation for it. 3hr wait for a simple oil change with appt is unacceptable and they claim they have an Express T Useless to make an appt coz no consuderation for it. 3hr wait for a simple oil change with appt is unacceptable and they claim they have an Express Team??? Laughable. More importantly, everytime I come in for service, advisors repeatedly tried to sell me unnecessary service like replacing timing belt for a 2015 CRV when this CRV model apparently has a timing chain that should last the life of the engine, not a timing belt. That would have been $799.95 rip off plus tax. After 3hrs of waiting, I finally had the car but just a couple of minutes after driving my car from dealership, a message alert showed up saying "need to check tire pressure." Dang! I just had it serviced. So I went back and one of the boys checked and determined quickly that mechanic probably just forgot to adjust sensor. He fixed it after calibrating a few minutes. This leaves me thinking that the service i paid for (over $100 even after $25:gift coupon for oil change with multi point inspection) was not thorough and makes me wonder if the other areas they were supposed to inspect were actually inspected. Wishing a better policy and practice will be instituted by the dealership. More
