COMPLETE SERIES OF EVENTS LEADING TO DAMAGE OF MY VEHICLE Took my car ( Honda 20ll CRZ EX ) on 1-16-2025 to Norm Reeves Honda in Cerritos, CA and successfully had 4 wheel brake service completed. However, delivered back with noted damage to the front right passenger wheel well of the body of the vehicle. It was agreed and repair work was performed on my vehicle 1-30-2025, ( On site at Norm Reeves Honda from approximately 9 AM to 1 :30 PM ) However, after noting successful repair of wheel well body damage. My vehicle was re-delivered with additional damage. This time in the form of a few deep key like marks made on the windshield. Directly made in the line of site of the driver of the vehicle. ....for whatever any unprovoked reasoning on my part it appeared to be done purposefully !!! .....why ??? ...had been polite throughout this whole challenging ordeal. How is this possible to damage the same vehicle twice in succession ???? ...negligence ???? Having spoken to Onsite Service Manager ( Christina ) and insisting that the marks appeared freshly done. You could clearly see a dusting of glass particles on the windshield !!! Also noting that existing ones were barely visible to the eye and in no way deep. However, these were notably much deeper and clustered in the driver's line of site and hard to be missed as fore-mentioned. Awaited about two weeks from the date of 1-30-2025 for a pre-promised response from Christina for resolution and did not hear anything back at all. This even though, prior my leaving the Honda Site, I personally verbally confirmed she had my E-mail address when speaking with her on 1-30-2025. Approximately two weeks after the date of 1-30-2025. Went physically back to the Norm Reeves Honda Site. Calmly Spoke to Christina and enquired why she had not contacted me at all. The agreed understanding she was to contact me and let me know the status of an investigation. Christina, with substantial pause, seemingly had not had a readied answer to the posed question. However, appeared to make up one and said the investigation found nothing. No detailing of any kind of what specifically was done. Logic would suggest nothing was done at all !!! If it had been done she would have given me notification as previously agreed. I had spoken to Christina indicating to her that in my view whomever was causing this vandalism shall be jailed. She was indifferent suggesting it would be handled internally. I recalled mentioning this on more than one occasion we had spoken. In the interim, I stated to Christina because she had not contacted me, I took the liberty to file a police report. She then got very angry and stated because I had done that she would not be talking to me anymore. Then Christina stormed out the door. Noted also : Not even at one point did anyone ever say they were sorry about what Had happened to my vehicle, neither the first or last incidence of damage! In closing, 100 % of which transpired has all been factually truthfully outlined here. There is nothing else in addition to kindly state in varying mediums or in person. Other than my desire to kindly have the fore-mentioned damage done to my windshield repaired. Along with a definitive date for this to kindly take place. Anything else in my view, would serve to give an impression of resolving the issue, but unkindly leaving it unrectified. I am confident this thorough outlining of events which transpired has served to answer any outstanding queries. I am hopeful this matter can kindly be resolved as desired and re-solidify the iron clad relationship with Norm Reeves Honda. I shall await your timely response.
