Made an appointment. Got there a little early. Person on the phone said it would be an hour. The service writer said it would be 2 hours when I got there. 2 hours later m Got there a little early. Meaning the car in front of mine (I saw my car and the one in front) went first. Different guy tells me it’s going to be 45 minutes more when I asked about my car. When I asked what the point of the appointment was, his response was, so that I didn’t wait all day. Told him get my car, and I left. Wasted 2 hours for nothing. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. More

Honda always takes good care of my car and it’s not a horrible amount of wait time. My last visit I had to return immediately after my service because I still had a problem with my tire, but Honda made i horrible amount of wait time. .....Regarding all attached below, no one ever ONCE said to me they were sorry about what happened in each of the instances. OR volunteered pointing out the damaged they caused to my vechicle. ( All non-professional, except for my brake service advisor. ) Took my car ( Honda 20ll CRZ EX ) on 1-16-2025 to Norm Reeves Honda in Cerritos, CA and successfully had 4 wheel brake service completed. However, delivered back with noted damage to the front right passenger wheel well of the body of the vehicle. It was agreed and repair work was performed on 1-30-2025, ( Car on site from approximately 9 AM to 1 :30 PM ) However, again delivered with damage. This time in the form of a few deep key like marks made on the windshield. Directly made on the line of site of the driver of the vehicle. ....for whatever any unprovoked reasoning on my part it appeared to be done purposefully !!! .....why ??? ...had been polite throughout this whole challenging ordeal. How is this possible to damage the same vehicle twice in succession ???? ...negligence ???? Having spoken to Onsite Service Manager ( Christina ) and insisting that the marks appeared freshly done. You could clearly see a dusting of glass particles on the windshield !!! Also noting that existing ones were barely visible to the eye and in no way deep. However, these were notably much deeper and clustered in the driver's line of site and hard to be missed as fore-mentioned. Awaited about two weeks for a pre-promised response from Christina for resolution to no avail even though I confirmed she had my E-mail address. Went in physically to Norm Reeves Honda Site. Calmly Spoke to Christina and enquired why she had not contacted me at all. My understanding she was to contact me and let me know the status of an investigation. Christina seemingly not having an answer, appeared to make up one and said the investigation found nothing. Logic would suggest nothing was done at all !!! If it had been done she would have given me notification. I had spoken to Christina indicating to her that in my view whomever was causing this vandalism shall be jailed. She was indifferent suggesting it would be handled internally. Unprofessional steer clear of this place !!! More
