Horrible, will find every way possible to not have to honor a warranty repair. Brought my vehicle here because I hear a noise that sounds like my CV axle is going out. I was very clear with my description of what I hear, clicking noises turning right and left. Their tech was able to duplicate the issue but then they required me to fill out a 3 mile long questionnaire in order for the tech to continue to diagnose the issue. He heard the noise, why TF do I need to waste time answering questions like "what is the outside temperature when this occurs" along with several other questions?? Just do your JOB. I refused to fill out the form. The other issue, collision mitigation braking system light keeps appearing. They said the battery had a low charge and the charging system was not working right and stated I "have several accessories hooked up to the battery that need to be removed for further testing." WHAT? I had one positive battery cable that went to a circuit breaker that no longer had any accessories on it. You couldn't remove ONE cable?? I was then charged $159 for NOTHING. They wasted several hours of my time on a stupid warranty recall that I did not even ask for and abandoned the initial service request. I pissed away $1800 on an extended warranty for nothing. I will be canceling that warranty and getting a refund. I am also on my 4th and LAST Honda lease after this horrible experience. More

However, when I went inside, Leo Lozano helped me by guiding me through the process and even made sure to get my car for me rather than me having go grab it myself (even though I wouldn’t have minded taking it myself to the correct place) I appreciate these small gestures! I went in for service oil change, I got a text that filters needed to be changed, within seconds I received a text saying that my vehicle was ready. Service is excellent and fast the only complain i have is price of air filter and cabin filter replacement $189 each (I did it my self). More than the price of an oil change. I had a 3:00 PM appointment for regular maintenance. Ruben Marquez was my service advisor, who mentioned having 20 years of experience with this dealership. Based on that, I expected professionalism and quality service. What I got was the exact opposite. The visit was supposed to include a standard oil change, free tire rotation (since I bought my tires there), fluid top-offs, and a multi-point inspection with a detailed report. It wasn’t even busy at the time, so there’s no excuse for the lack of attention. Here’s what was missing: • No multi-point inspection sheet — I got nothing from the technician. • No battery test results — These are usually part of every service. • No update on fluid levels, wear items, or when my next service is due. • No sign that any fluids were topped off at all. • And frankly, now I’m left wondering if the oil change was even done. It honestly feels like they just drove my car into a bay, let it sit for two hours, and handed it back without touching it. Back in 2015, the service team at this dealership was sharp, communicative, and thorough. Today, it feels like those people are long gone—along with the quality of service they provided. Whether it’s a change in management or staff, something has clearly gone wrong. Norm Reeves is a big name, but the experience I had doesn’t reflect that at all. If this is the “new standard,” I’ll be seriously considering taking my business elsewhere. More
