Poor srvc frm Aaron Perez. His attitude of no care, no empathy & indifferent towards waiting customer were in full display on 6/9/25. I came in 9:38am, was told that it will ta His attitude of no care, no empathy & indifferent towards waiting customer were in full display on 6/9/25. I came in 9:38am, was told that it will take 2-2 1/2 hrs. By 12:38pm I asked my car was ready & was told that they are stil working on it & will be ready soon. By 1:15pm Mr Perez passed by me @ the waiting room without saying anything. By 1:30pm I saw my Honda Pilot just being worked on. After almost 4 hrs waiting they finally started to work on my car. I spoke with manager Cristina who took time to find out what was going on. Finally by 1:45pm it’s all done while Mr Perez was still on his break. More

Dealership is really nice. I like their lounge, you can watch tv, rest, charge your phone eat snacks and drink soda, or coffee. I got a oil change in my 23 Honda no sticker on my windshield when to return I had one from my previous dealer Sierra Honda our car is CPO I know I cousin wait think it’s at 20% life but I don’t like windshield when to return I had one from my previous dealer Sierra Honda our car is CPO I know I cousin wait think it’s at 20% life but I don’t like too so I went to you guys cause your prices are better in service than Sierra where we purchased our car ! So I would like to further my business with you guys but I called and texted the guy who helped us he was just in a little up tight but whatever but I wanted that oil sticker in my windshield for my wife’s sake it her car . But no one got back to me I even said you can mail it to me I’ll put it on in a voicemail no call back nothing ????? More
