Service manager Cristina , needs to be replace,d. In my opinion doesn’t know how to solve issues. This is the 2nd time that she and I have talked about service at this location. I have had an apointment for oil changed , informed that will take up to 2hours, but after 2 1/4 hours I went to see what’s going on, the reply was that they Mr. Martinez did not knew is the car, finally he said that the car is at the other shop, for a “express oil change!. Also a part from the cabin filter was found on the carpet from the mechanic?!, how can I trust the work at this dealer? I have had issues at Burma Park dealer service, but looks like this dealer is bad as the other one. Poor survive and “ignorance” from the service personnel!. More
