Chris was very helpful, friendly, and patient. When I took the car home I noticed the next day that there were swirl marks from the wax and some smudges on the inside door panels. So I went back to the dealership and talk to Chris about it and he took care of it right away. I found out that he re-waxed the car and cleaned all the smudges away. He did not have the cleaning guys do it. He did it himself which I think is really awesome. That's how helpful and caring these people are. Rich was really helpful and fun to talk to. After we did all the paperwork for the financing of the car, the next day I had to redo all the paperwork to switch my co-signers. Even though he was really busy that day he redid all the paperwork and did it with a smile. IF that is not quality customer service, I don't know what is. They really are a great dealership. They will always try to get you the best deal that they can. More
