Rafael Massen was one of if not the best salesman that ive met yet. He kept me confident, and he really gave me encouragement! He was not at all Pushy and he made sense and was consistent through the whole sale. Rich was very friendly and low key which made us feel at ease from the start. He showed us anything we wanted to see and made sure we knew what was going on throughout the many steps that come in buying a ease from the start. I usually dread the experience, of dealership sales people. however, this was the case with Herb Ratcliff. I was amazed at the large selection of vehicles you have. I went to another dealership before i came to you and, they had three vehicles in stock. I told Herb I wanted to buy the last week of december, for personal reasons but he said no problem he will stay in contact with me.
