I've dealt with the HB Norm Reeves, Long Beach Honda, and Norm Reeves Cerritos. I had horrible experiences with HB and Long Beach. The sales managers were very rude and pushy at both locations. I asked, he answered - not the typical sales guys who only have "Why not come here and let's talk about it" for response. I am the kind of guy who value time and resources; so, we'd better have a common ground before we even speak in person. That's what I felt with Chris. We had a common ground and we're both on board in making a deal. I am highly satisfied with the deal I got from Norm Reeves. I consider myself a repeat customer, although not directly. My wife got her Honda Civic from them in 2002. If in the future I have a need for another car, Norm Reeves Honda will be the first dealer that I'll contact.
