We went to Norm Reeves because of the selection I assumed was available, and I was right! The lot was well organized. I enjoyed how the pilots were labeled on the lot. Our salesman, Lito was helpful and s was available, and I was right! The lot was well organized. I enjoyed how the pilots were labeled on the lot. Our salesman, Lito was helpful and seemed to enjoyed what he was doing. What was the most exciting thing was that they had the EXACT model with the EXACT exterior/interior combination I wanted. The price was fair I didn't walk away feeling ripped off or "man, I got a great deal!" But that's on me for not doing more research before I walked onto the lot. I was just so excited they had what I wanted. That NEVER happens!! The only thing was there some waiting. There was a wait for the finance department, we were number 4 on the list and no one was getting called, then after about 20 minutes a few more finance guys arrived to take care of the customers waiting. I was told they were called in because of the wait time. We sailed through the finance department no high pressure sales for the add-ons. Lito was waiting for us when we were done and we drove off in our new car! The salesman basically stayed with us through the whole process. It was a good experience and I would recommend Norm Reeves Honda. I will go back, but it won't be for at least 10 years, because that is how long Hondas last!! More

I was a little nervous about purchasing a new car for the first time. I am a 26 year old female and everyone said that the dealership would take advantage of me if I went by myself. Every single person was helpful and nice. I ended up working with Jose Sanchez on my deal to buy the new 2011 Honda Accord. He was so helpful and he really fought for me to get the best price possible. After I left Norm Reeves I went to Honda World to check out what they could offer me. Honda World told me they could not even come close to Norm Reeves offer on the same car. I went straight back to Jose Sanchez at Norm Reevs and drove off the lot with my fabulous car that same night. This is my second vehicle purchase from Norm Reeves Honda and I plan on coming back for my future Honda's. I went through the internet sales department for my 2008 Honda Accord back in June of 2008 and I wen and I plan on coming back for my future Honda's. I went through the internet sales department for my 2008 Honda Accord back in June of 2008 and I went through the internet department again for my 2011 Honda Civic. I personally like to go through the internet to get price quotes so I come in with a great price with little or no negotiations. I arrived at the dealership and asked for Jose, as instructed to do so by my internet price quote. We looked around the lot because I wasn't sure between the Civic EX, EX-L, and the optional navagation. Jose was very helpful and gave me a tour of every trim level and even let me try the navagation system on a used Civic. I ended up purchasing the 2011 Civic EX-L without navi because they had no new models with the navi system. That was a bit of a downer at first until I realized that I just saved 2k. I asked to test drive a black Civic EX-L, which they didn't have in their lot, so Jose worked extremely hard to track down the exact model at their warehouse. Jose isn't the typical sales because he didn't push me to buy the car. He let me test drive the vehicle without any annoying sales pitches and was very patient while I contemplated. The car purchase took about 4 hours which is great in my opinion (my parent's have had car purchases that took multiple days)! It would have taken 2 hours but I went during new year's eve, one of the busiest days for car dealerships and I asked for a model that was still at their warehouse. My experience at Norm Reeves Honda was another great one! It's also nice that the General Manager called the next day to see how my experience went. Car dealerships should all be like Norm Reeves Honda Cerritos. One downer: They didn't give me the greatest trade-in value, but most dealerships low ball trade-ins. They also couldn't activate the alarm system that the dealer endorses so they had me call the actual manufacturer about the situation. More

I've dealt with the HB Norm Reeves, Long Beach Honda, and Norm Reeves Cerritos. I had horrible experiences with HB and Long Beach. The sales managers were very rude and pushy at both locations.
