We couldn't be happier with our experience with Norm Reeves Honda Superstore of Cerritos and our sales person Kim Kelly. We have NEVER had such a pleasant experience of purchasing a vehicle. Every person that we met at the dealership was very nice and made us feel very welcome. Before calling Norm Reeves Honda I had called about 20 other dealers looking for a Honda Ridgeline...trust me I'm not kidding I have a list if you would like to see it of who I spoke with, MOST of the other dealers would take the info and say they would call us back and never did or tell us a BS story that they had it or could get it and then after a couple of phone calls or even emails would never get back to us....I was wondering where the helpful man from the commercial was....I guess I found him with Kim! We will always recommend Norm Reeves Honda Superstore and especially KIM to everyone that we know that might be looking for a vehicle. More
