I went in for an oil change and 4 wheel alignment. I asked for the total beforehand and he showed me the total which was $307 without parts (He didn't explain that if they add the parts there would be I asked for the total beforehand and he showed me the total which was $307 without parts (He didn't explain that if they add the parts there would be an additional charge and he also never told me that if the oil change needed 'parts' that they were going to add it on automatically without letting me know. When I got there after service was done the total was $398, then after accepting the charges he bumped it down to $340. With that being said the reason I gave a score of 1 is because if your going to add an additional service for $100 you should at least have the courtesy to let the owner of the car know beforehand. I'm also not sure what 'parts' I needed for my oil change. I previously lived in Georgia with the same car and every time I went to the dealership for an oil change they never mentioned anything about 'parts' for an oil change. More

Steve escorted us to the waiting area, made us comfortable and tended to our fob order and programing in a timely fashion and we were on our way home. 5 More

They took my car for servicing and said oil change is not needed, they didn't even reset the servicing reminder on the car. My car still says service due -5 days and they didn't even wash the vehicle and I f needed, they didn't even reset the servicing reminder on the car.
