I finished the paperwork on the purchase of a Genesis GV 70 this morning. Shout out to Tori (sales) and Trent (GM) on making the buying process easy and seamless. We thought owning a Genesis would be a luxury car experience. Not so when you deal with Irving Genesis service department. Had an appointment for 3 months, car was there for 2 weeks with no follow- experience. Not so when you deal with Irving Genesis service department. Had an appointment for 3 months, car was there for 2 weeks with no follow-up from anyone and repairs were not made. We never got a call back from Ken Srv. Manager, David Pearson Srv. Director nor the GM. Finally just went and collected our car. We will contact Genesis Corp to advise we will never buy another Genesis nor another Hyundai - bought one for our daughter for graduation. There's no reason for the poor service, lack of communication and disregard of common courtesy. More
I wanted to tell everyone my experience with Genesis of Irving service dept. We all here about the negatives about service and how its a nightmare with Genesis. Well i can honestly say mine was fantastic. i have a 2023 Genesis GV80 3.5T AWD Sport Prestige and it was time for the first service with 6k miles on it. At first we hit a small snag with getting the appointment time and date , but we quickly got it resolved. i explained some of my concerns i was having not knowing the severity of one of my issues. when they found out after me telling one of the service advisors they reacted quickly in setting a time for me to get the vehicle there. They found a rental to give me while my vehicle was there and they quickly figured out the issue and called me to let me know what was going on. They shared what was needed to be done to repair and ordered it. they kept me up to date of the scheduling of when it would arrive and when they were to have it fixed. it was a great experience and those guys worked hard to make me feel good about everything. Great experience and really great people there at Genesis of Irving. i want to say thank you for all of what you guys do. Not just anyone could do it and put up with all the customers you guys do. Great job More
