2 months after the purchase of new vehicle, and the tags have still not arrived. My wife is driving around with expired temporary tags. Called an hour later for a better explanation, no return call and still waiting three days later for the call. Seems like they want to sell you the car, then forget about the service after. I understand that things happen and there may be unforeseen issues or mistakes made, but please communicate. Disappointing coming from a company selling a nice car. Luxury is what you get out of the car but not the dealership. Update, called again today and after being transferred multiple times, we learn that the tags were filed under someone else's name. Love the car, won't be back to the dealership. More

I went in for an oil change and 4 wheel alignment. I asked for the total beforehand and he showed me the total which was $307 without parts (He didn't explain that if they add the parts there would be I asked for the total beforehand and he showed me the total which was $307 without parts (He didn't explain that if they add the parts there would be an additional charge and he also never told me that if the oil change needed 'parts' that they were going to add it on automatically without letting me know. When I got there after service was done the total was $398, then after accepting the charges he bumped it down to $340. With that being said the reason I gave a score of 1 is because if your going to add an additional service for $100 you should at least have the courtesy to let the owner of the car know beforehand. I'm also not sure what 'parts' I needed for my oil change. I previously lived in Georgia with the same car and every time I went to the dealership for an oil change they never mentioned anything about 'parts' for an oil change. More
