SERVICE: It is rare to find a team in the car business that will genuinely go above and beyond for its customers. I had an emergency with my vehicle breaking down. The service team at Noller helped me that will genuinely go above and beyond for its customers. I had an emergency with my vehicle breaking down. The service team at Noller helped me arrange a tow, had it taken to a wholesaler, and quickly and efficiently helped me negotiate a trade-in value for my car that was far from what I expected given its condition. Kind, compassionate, empathetic, understanding, helpful, caring - ALL of these words come to mind. Thanks to this group, I went from being in a terrible situation to having everything taken care of within 72 hours. Shout out to the GM Jeremy Garner and his team for excellent service. More

My husband and I don't live close to a Suzuki dealership and originally we had gone to the Springfield Suzuki dealership. We arrived at that dealership 30 minutes before close and found that everyone excep and originally we had gone to the Springfield Suzuki dealership. We arrived at that dealership 30 minutes before close and found that everyone except for one salesman had gone home already, so we were unable to test drive the SX4 Crossover. We were then told that Suzuki did not make any other model except for what was on the lot - that they were all the same. They said that the website was not correct and I could not get a loaded SX4. I left disgusted and angry. The next day I called Pride Suzuki of Olathe and talked to John Lopez who told me YES I could get the SX4 I wanted and he went out of his way to make it happen. He located the vehicled I wanted, had it shipped to them, started the loan process and kept us informed. Not only was he honest, he did all of this without us having to drive 2 1/2 hours to the dealship. He even had the car delivered to us!! Bravo and kudos to John for renewing our faith in honest people and most of all buying a car. We will buy again from him and will be more than happy to send him more business. More

The price on the car we wanted was a little bit high. However, we want to thank Danis for all her help she was very kind and was willing to help us as much as she could. However, we want to thank Danis for all her help she was very kind and was willing to help us as much as she could. More
We were enticed to visit Pride Suzuki because of the mailed "incentives" advertising winning numbers for giveaways (including the possibility - albeit remote - of an ipad, $500 cash, or a new Suzuki SUV mailed "incentives" advertising winning numbers for giveaways (including the possibility - albeit remote - of an ipad, $500 cash, or a new Suzuki SUV) as well as the $3000+ check for assistance on downpayment for any car on their lot. They advertised a wholesale fleet of "overflow" auction cars, so we decided to check them out, thinking we might get a good deal. We did buy a 2010 Toyota Corolla LE from Pride Suzuki on June 14, 2012... and we regret it 100%. The car had nearly 40,000 miles on it and although nothing seems to be mechanically wrong with it (besides incredibly 'touchy' brakes, which Dan the service manager assured me nothing could be done to fix), the car was ridiculously overpriced. Given the year and mileage, between three sources (KBB, Carmax, a certified Toyota dealer) the average value of this vehicle in excellent condition is $12,000. How much did we pay? $19,000 !!! That's not including financing charges, which by the way, the APR is double what a certified Toyota dealer would have given us for the same pre-owned vehicle. We shopped around and did some serious research. Unfortunately we did not fully realize our error until about 10 days after purchase, at which time we returned to Pride Suzuki to confront them with this fact--- but Dale, the finance director who had given us papers to signed no longer worked there as of the day after we purchased the vehicle. Matt Buek was now in the finance director position. Talking to Matt was actually the best part of our entire experience at Pride Suzuki. However, he claimed to be unable to help us, as it was "too late" to take the car back. If we had "changed our minds within 24, 48 hours, maybe we could have worked something out..." but they had already cashed our deposit check, and 'paid' their 'bank' so they couldn't take the car back because it would be "bad for business." Granted, legally they didn't have to do anything. Matt gave us some places to check for trading the car in, etc. But then we had to wait an extra two weeks for the title, making it almost a month-long wait, the longest I have ever waited for a vehicle title. Now we have to rush off to the DMV to get the thing registered before the temporary tag expires and figure out if we're going to "love it or list it." This was a very difficult lesson for two young buyers new to the dealer market to have to learn, especially swallowing a $7000+ loss on our current budget. The prices at Pride Suzuki are grossly inflated, customer service is rude to non-existent (Really? why am I holding the door open for you, Mr. Used Car Salesman?), the team is constantly changing (different people there each of the three times we visited) and hardly anyone there seems to actually know anything about cars or how to treat people right. Oh, did I mention they DON'T advertise ANY price tags?? They make you sign stuff and give personal info before they even start talking numbers. Total PRESSURE TACTICS!!! And that "down-payment assistance check" on the flyer was just bologna to get us on the lot. No pay-off AT ALL. This dealer should not stay in business for another 6 months. Seriously, stay away! There is nothing on this lot worth your heart-ache and financial enslavement. Guaranteed. More

More than just Factory Customer Cash, rebates or discount-rate financing, Suzuki's car-buying incentive programs reward smart shoppers with ways that deliver more value for your dollar”. (no one car has price??) Customer service is Very poor, even below. I brought invitation for the clearance with the check for $3157 which supposed to go toward payment for buying car. First "seller" met me Paul Thomas (it was very hard find out his name) He not introduced himself. His conversation starts with convincing me that he is from police department and this invitation only to catch people with the bad records? I was asking that I need talk to manager: answer was "I am Manager". He was very root and unpleasant. Without any excuse and apology he left to work with other customer. I was asking lady on front desk about him and manager and was referral to Kevin (I am not remember his Last name) who start working with me and gave chance to continue work to Evin (who told me he is manager. I told him what car I expected to by. He find out that Chevy Highlander may be I will like. No one car has price marked. He left for finding what price is and I so him working with other customer When I was asking to give me back this invitation which has winning numbers for $10000 reward on debit card I heard from Evin that it is shredded. I saw box on floor next to assistant of manager full of this invitations. I was asking if I can take my invitation but heard “only salesmen who work with me can give me back this paper. I was patiently waiting for but Mr. Evin said he could not find and probably I can take gift card which was among the rewards but not mentioned about check. I was waiting about 45 minutes to find out what is price for car mostly fit in my desire, finally I heard $14000 on Chevy 2007 almost 80K miles? Check for $3157 not mentioned at all. My conclusion: You have very “good” team with big experience to cheat customer. Be very rood does not help achieve good business, Now in this case I assuming I am is winner of $10000 and this team did everything to take and hide (not destroy) my invitation. I really did not care about big prize (of cause better to take it). I was ready to by car with the check of $3157 as a big discount. But what is happen in this day shows how you convince people with attitude out of range and do not care about customer service. On end of last year I received the same kind of invitation with the key which has to match to car offerd to winner. I had the same kind filling. But I was deciding not complain. Now it happened second time with more wide roods. And will publicize this your practice of the business. More
