Hooman needs to treat customers like clients, not numbers Dealership lied 3x's about the vehicle package I ordered. I received a lower featured vehicle and they did not tell me until I was at the lot. Bait an Dealership lied 3x's about the vehicle package I ordered. I received a lower featured vehicle and they did not tell me until I was at the lot. Bait and Switch. The "VIP" promise is filled with loopholes. I don't know all of them because I only experienced the dismal car wash No one showed me the features of the vehicle. My test drive was around the block with a salesman who spent more time calling me to get me to sign the contract than telling me about the car. He worked in a different lot (Chrysler). The contract was incorrectly written and I had to go back to redo the entire purchase. OK. I still don't know what the engine size is, how to use anything inside the vehicle, what my "perks" are for going to this dealership. What I do know is that HOOMAN HYUNDAI is dysfunctional and uncaring. Get the deal done and shove 'em out the door. I cannot tell you how disappointed I was with the car purchase, and subsequent car service, experience at HOOMAN. I switched from Mercedes to Hyundai. The difference? The car, I think, is elegant. But I don't even know how to preset the radio. The dealership? Well, that's another story. I can't figure them out either. More
