EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IN FEBRUARY 2016, I WENT INTO THE HOOMAN DEALER SHIP IN INGLEWOOD, CA TO PURCHASE A CAR. I WALKED INTO THE DEALER SHIP - FOR 20 MINUTES NO ON EVEN SA IN FEBRUARY 2016, I WENT INTO THE HOOMAN DEALER SHIP IN INGLEWOOD, CA TO PURCHASE A CAR. I WALKED INTO THE DEALER SHIP - FOR 20 MINUTES NO ON EVEN SAID HELLO OR EVEN LOOKED AT ME CUSTOMER SERVICE, OVERALL FOR THE DEALER SHIP WAS AWFUL, - AFTER A WHILE A VERY NICE LADY OFFERED HELP - I WAS INTERESED IN PURCHASING A HUNDI BUT DID NOT QUALIFY - SO SHE DIRCETED ME TO THE CHRYSLER 200 - I MENTIONED THAT A DISC PLAYER WAS THE ONE FEATURE THAT I HAD TO HAVE - THIS MODEL DID NOT COME WITH ONE - HOWEVER, IT WAS STATED THAT THERE WOULD BE ONE PUT IN AT THE CLOSE OF THE DEAL - THERE WAS NOT ENOUGH MONEY AVAILABLE AT THE CLOSE TO PUT ONE IN' I DECIDED THAT I WOULD GET MY OWN - LATER TO FIND OUT THAT THIS MODEL WAS NOT EQUIPT TO HAVE A DISC PLAYED PUT IN - NOW IM STUCK WITH THIS CAR FOR 7 YEARS - More
