I came into teddy nissan service after losing the key to my vehicle. Mr Coleman was the first to greet me assessed my situation and and let me know that the part was in stock, and how much it would be for t my vehicle. Mr Coleman was the first to greet me assessed my situation and and let me know that the part was in stock, and how much it would be for the key with tax included within 10 minutes of meeting me. Service was packed so I was totally amazed in the way he handled this. He told me he would wait for the tow and he did. The car was taken in and the total job with my paperwork complete took only 45 minutes. Lonnie is a diamond at this dealership and I would recommend anyone with a Nissan to see him. A truly pleasurable experience! !!! More
So came to this dealership expecting to drop off my car and be taken care of while my car is being serviced. Boy, was I wrong! So I come in on Sat and there is a line around the block of cars. I pulled in and be taken care of while my car is being serviced. Boy, was I wrong! So I come in on Sat and there is a line around the block of cars. I pulled in front of the dealership to ask what I was supposed to do at which point I was yelled and cursed at by drivers who thought I was cutting in front of them - I didn't realize that this was the service line. So, immediately I realize that whether you make an appt or don't doesn't really matter as you will undoubtedly be standing in that long line around the block. Some Nissan tech comes out and tells me to get in line - "but I have an appointment", I say - "so do most people in that line" he replies and tells me to go stand in line. All this happening when the other drivers are yelling and cursing at me for trying to cut the line. I figured since I am here already I will get in line. I drive around the block and get in line. Immediately I notice that there is "No Standing" and "No Parking" signs everywhere so I can't leave my new car alone by itself in this line and have to sit there moving my car 1 foot every time someone in front of me moves otherwise I will be honked at by the people behind me. After about 45 minutes of sitting in this line I am ready to go somewhere else but I figured since I am already here this long I should stick it out. So I finally pull into service after about 1 hour. I am greeted by a service advisor who asks me what I would like to have done. I tell him that I my car says to have my Oil & Filter changed and I give him a coupon for $20 from their website. He says OK. He says that I should do a 7000 mile service. So I asked him what is the difference between just an oil/filter change and a full service. He says the full service costs $250 (how did we jump from $20 to $250?) and they check a bunch of stuff like tire pressure (really, tire pressure?) but he said he was too busy to explain it all and he said they put in a mix that costs $20 that improves the car's fuel efficiency but wouldn't tell me what brand or what it is exactly or how it improves gas efficience. I don't know, sounds made-up to me as I have owned many BMW and Infiniti's in the past and never heard of such a thing. I asked him - what does my car need? He said "that is for you to decide". xxx? Who is the mechanic here, me or him? So I agree to the oil change and they do that. That was done pretty quickly and I thought I was ready to go but then they decide to put the dealer decals on my license plate even though no one asked me if it was OK. That took another 30 minutes. Never again am I coming to this place - this was a never-wrecking, stressful experience for just an oil change. More

I purchased my vehicle 2 years ago from this dealership, and I must say no matter what it is whether its service such as an oil change or a simply call from William James to see how things are going he's al and I must say no matter what it is whether its service such as an oil change or a simply call from William James to see how things are going he's always there. I've never met a sales personal such as himself, who goes above and beyond to make sure the needs of his customers are met. I must include I recommended my mother to him and he provides the same service to her as well! We both recently needed body work done to our vehicles and one phone call to William was all it took. He was able to provide us with the name and phone number of someone who was able to attend to our needs. William James is one of the best there and I recommend everyone to take a trip to Teddy Nissan and meet with him. Trust me you will be satisfied. More

Be careful with what the people at Teddy Nissan offer to you when you try to lease or buy a car from them, they lie and give terrible customer service. This review is an edited review of a previous one. The you when you try to lease or buy a car from them, they lie and give terrible customer service. This review is an edited review of a previous one. The reason why I am doing this is because my final experience at Teddy Nissan was terrible. I started by leasing my second car at Teddy Nissan, for this car (Altima 2012) I was offered free service throughout my whole lease, but this was a lie. They gave me a hard time for the first two services and when I went for my third service Mr. Alex Martinez became very aggressive and yelled at me trying to provoke me to answer back, I kept calm and asked to talk to his supervisor Mr. Gabriel Salcedo, when I asked for his supervisor he got even worse and I had to ask him to stop talking to me, that I just wanted to talk to his supervisor to get the deal I was offered in the first place. I had an email with the offer, and they argued that because that salesperson does not work there anymore it was not valid (the sales person who does not work there anymore is Jesus Maria). Mr. Salcedo did not want to honor the offer, even though I had proof that It had been offered to me. I left and wrote my first review. A few days later Jen Almodovar contacted me to try to "fix " the situation, she offered me the service for the whole lease in any Nissan dealership I wanted to, only if I changed my review. I accepted, changed my review and they sent me an agreement application for service at Nissan, I signed it and sent it back, I was told that all I had to do was to go to any Nissan dealership and give them mi VIN number and I would get my car serviced at no cost. The time for my next car service arrived, we took the car to a different dealership and they said that I did not have a contract. I called Nissan directly with the contract in my hand and they said that they never got my application and that I had to talk to the dealership. I contacted Jen Almodovar back, she was "surprised" and said she would look into it, to be patient. I got an email with an attached email from somewhere else in the dealership saying that they had just sent the application and the it would take 90 days for Nissan to process it and that it would be for a year only! the offered to do the service at Teddy Nissan, to which I replied NO WAY, I WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO THEM! and I asked them for a copy of the application, to this day (two weeks after) I had not gotten the copy. I called Jen Almodovar and she said that someone else was taking care of my case now, even though I was never notified of this. Now I have to deal with someone else, whom I have not met and does not know who I am and what the problem is! This has been going on for 6 months. I have a new born baby and limited time to be dealing with this kind of non sense and abuse from these people at Teddy Nissan. I have been polite and respectful at all times and all I get is uncertain answers and false information. Be careful with these people and ASK FOR EVERYTHING I WRITING before you sign anything with them. More

i leased a nissan rogue at teddy nissan in july 2011. by septemper i started having problems with the car. i brought it in for service. there was something wrong with the gas tank. it wasn't reading properl septemper i started having problems with the car. i brought it in for service. there was something wrong with the gas tank. it wasn't reading properly. they said they had to change the sensor in the tank. they removed the tank, changed the sensor and put the tank back. the next day, the smell of gas was very strong inside the car. i brought it back and found out that they FORGOT to seal the tank so gas was leaking into the car. they fixed that but the car was still not right. there was still something wrong. brought it back again and was told that they had to change the instrument cluster in the dash. they changed it and broke my radio while doing so. after 3 attempts to fix the car, i got fed up and brought my car to central ave nissan to see what was going on. it turns out that teddy misrouted the gas tubes in the tank!! they are incompetent. my 17 yr old daughter drives this car. she could have been killed. i will never go back there again and will do everything in my power to but them out of business More
