Louis Rodriguez told me on the day I picked up the car that the second set of keys would be sent to me in the mail. Two weeks later, after multiple attempts to call him, he finally answered and told me the keys were at a different store and would be mailed to me (again). After that, I was calling every day and he finally responded after another two weeks telling me he had no spare set of keys for me. It’s very frustrating that there was barely any communication and I was lied to about a second set of keys. This wasn’t a misunderstanding on my part, as an employee of your dealership told me that they would be sent this way. Twice.
