I’m disappointed in the service, I received at Nissan of the Bronx. While waiting for my SUV to be repaired, I was tapped by one of the salespeople to test drive the 2023 version. The salesman then proceede the Bronx. While waiting for my SUV to be repaired, I was tapped by one of the salespeople to test drive the 2023 version. The salesman then proceeded to force a sale and want to purchase my SUV on the spot although I was clear what I was there for. I was then met with another salesman to insert my VIN number on a computer. The salesman proceeded to say it didn’t work and that I needed to insert my SSN. I inserted my SSN number and noticed that the salesperson tilted his cellphone towards the screen where my SSN was visible. My credit was pulled although I was not there to purchase a vehicle, also. When I asked both salespeople for their business cards they refused. In addition, the repairs that I requested on my car were not completed and the salesman kept interrupting on my inquiries on parts that I wanted to purchase. I would not recommend other Nissan owners to go to Nissan of the Bronx for service. I’m upset that I took time of my day to then be treated this way. As a Nissan consumer I did not deserve this. More

Upon arrival at dealership (service Dept), I was greeted by one of the attendants for the service dept. He asked if I had an appointment, and I said no. I asked him if they had availability for an oil and f by one of the attendants for the service dept. He asked if I had an appointment, and I said no. I asked him if they had availability for an oil and filter change, and that I would like to wait for the car. Without any hesitation, he stated that the service dept had room for what I asked and I can also wait. He then instructed me to go into the service office and someone would help me. As I stepped into the service area, I was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Greg Stukes. He advised me that he would help me, and his title was a service consultant. Fast forward, after about 30-45min wait (great timing) he explained to me that my car was ready and everything checked out good, after reviewing the techs notes via multipoint inspection. In closing, the way I was treated from arrival to departure, says that I would definitely be back as a customer to the service dept. Thank you so much and keep up the good work!!! More
