I went in for an oil change was very confused on how the check in process worked. I think it would be helpful to not assume everyone is an existing customer and explain the process. I did not like the service at this location, my car was not fixed for the second time bring my car back. My car was in the shop for two days and there was nothing done to my car. I did not feel like a valued customer I feel like they tried to take advantage of me and charge me for services I did not need. I was very disappointed. More
