Tire rotation was included in the 45k service package I agreed to have performed on my 2018 Rogue. Service was not provided as nobody from the dealership called me to ask for the wheel lock key required to agreed to have performed on my 2018 Rogue. Service was not provided as nobody from the dealership called me to ask for the wheel lock key required to remove my wheels. I was presented with my bill that included a specific charge for the tire rotation that was never done. When I called the next day to discuss the matter with servicing specialist, the was an admission of the error and that perhaps next time I would get compensated for the omitted job. No offer was presented to reverse out the charges. Instead a loose promise that I would be taken care of next time was expressed. Honestly, I was left with a feeling of distrust and uncertainty that other elements of the service package were ever completed (ie car cabin air filter change, etc). Also, I have been going to the dealership for 4 plus years. Car pick up time from service department used to be until 7 pm. Now under the new management, the service department closes at 5 pm. I work in New York City and commute to/from this location is not easy during rush hour and is expensive using Uber from nearest commuter rail station. Later pick up time helped a lot. More
