I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience and the work that was done on my Nissan Pathfinder. I received a recall on my vehicle about a defective steering airbag and was asked to present it to be fix work that was done on my Nissan Pathfinder. I received a recall on my vehicle about a defective steering airbag and was asked to present it to be fixed. Soon afterwards the airbag light kept flashing. I was expecting the flashing light to go away after it was fixed. But it did not and when I asked the agent why it did not go away, he said it had nothing to do with the recall. I am dissatisfied because originally the light was not flashing, and I would request that Nissan fix the flashing light at no cost to me. More

Difficulty reaching service dept regarding completion of my service. The phone number on the website did not work and I did not receive a response to the text message to my advisor.
