When I entered Teddy Nissan i was treated like ive been coming there all my life. I went all over New York trying to find my dream car and Teddy Nissan made the deal happen. Ok where do I start. Buyers or Shoppers beware with this group of snake oil salesmen. I went here to look at a used car and it was a total bait and switch kind of deal. DO NOT waste your time. I had to scroll down a bit to find a more realistic review of the place. (see second page) When reading the glowing reviews I'm left asking myself "who did they pay to write this?" If you ask me they seem to be written by the same person. Perhaps by the dealership themselves? I can only say that I'd wish that one of the executives would've returned my complaint calls the way they answered on this email blog. Funny thing is that I left their dealership and went to another one the very next day and got the car that I wanted. No bait and switch or hassle with a VERY professional staff. I was out of the dealership approved and driving my car within 1 1/2 hrs. LOVE my new car and GLAD I didn't buy from TEDDY NISSAN. More

Before going to Teddy Nissan I was beat up (mentally, not physically) by a Ford dealer and a Volkswagen dealer. I previously owned 3 Ford cars. I walked into Teddy Nissan and was treated with professionalism physically) by a Ford dealer and a Volkswagen dealer. I previously owned 3 Ford cars. I walked into Teddy Nissan and was treated with professionalism and respect. They took their time and went over all the details of the cars I was interested in. They went above and beyond to give me the price I could afford. I am now the proud owner of a Nissan Maxima! They are all great! I honestly do not have one complaint. More

Considering the fact that I went on Presidents day and the dealership was crowded the below listed people went above and beyond in helping me to get the best deal possible. From my end there were problem the dealership was crowded the below listed people went above and beyond in helping me to get the best deal possible. From my end there were problems to be resolved and everyone from the president to the person who moved the cars made a negative into a positive with patience and a smile. The fact that Teddy Bessen walked over and introduced himself and offered his help speaks highly of the dealership. His goal was to make sure we were happy and understood all of the paperwork, specifically the numbers. No pressure from anyone - again, the attitude was to make sure we were comfortable and by the end of a long day we were. I have no hesitation in recommending this dealership because they put their expertise and professionalism first along with caring customer service. I am an internet customer 300 miles from the dealership. I recieved a phone call in response to my internet inquiry. Explaining my trade in detail I was given a price for my trade by a "manager". Since I re I recieved a phone call in response to my internet inquiry. Explaining my trade in detail I was given a price for my trade by a "manager". Since I recieved the approximate but fair price on my trade from a "manager" I assumed it was correct. As a matter of fact I explained that I didn't want to drive six hours to pick-up the vehicle and find out the price was not as stated. I asked to have their numbers double checked and I was assured they were correct. While in discussion with another person from the dealership the following day I learned the price was not only incorrect it was incorrest by $3,000. Could you imagine driving six hours to find that out? If the dealership wants to sell vehicles on the internet it needs to be more savvey about the process. I realize the internet is not for everyone but it is the way most people shop in the 21st century. I have purchased many vehicles on the internet without problems. The dealership may be fine if you deal in a traditional transaction, however I would not reccomend them as an internet seller based on my experience. I was even told by the second sales person he had never sold a vehicle over the internet. If they want to be a brick and mortar establishment they should stay away from the internet! Get with the times....................One more thing, follow-up, communications and customer service is very poor even from the top of the organization. More

I recently visited Teddy Nissan to buy a used BMW. This is by far my best experience I have ever had with any dealer. They were professional, courteous and very helpful. My sales rep was Jeff. I liked the vehicle and then when I quoted my price, it was not that he did not listen to me and was not ready to negotiate. He was very professional and courteous to go ask his manager if the price was acceptable. And then both of us agreed to a price that was acceptable to both of us and both of us were happy. And then comes Steve (the financial manager). He asked me the APR that I was getting from my credit union. He then told me that it could be possible that he can beat the APR. Wow, and he managed to beat the credit union APR. He is the best and very intelligent. On a whole, Teddy Nissan is the best dealership and everyone should visit there. They would do their best to satisfy the customer. More
