$30 is what cost them thousands Among the host of problems I've had with Nissan, I'll let you in on the one that "broke the camel's back" I took my Nissan Pathfinder in for anothe Among the host of problems I've had with Nissan, I'll let you in on the one that "broke the camel's back" I took my Nissan Pathfinder in for another (yes 3) recall to get fixed. I came back for the car and noticed it was scratched on both doors, one side light scratches, one side a deep down to the paint scratch. I let Esteban know I was immediately displeased and he said he would take care of it. I brought the car in again to fix the scratches and afterwords noticed that only one side (light scratches) was fixed. Esteban than says to me, well the other side looks pretty good though! What?! Yeah but what about the other side you caused? He stated that his guy in the shop said he didn't cause it, and that he thought he's done everything he can do, well except the part where he said I could buy touch-up paint and he would apply it for me. I'm afraid that the $30 you just saved yourself after causing a deep scratch on my car, will cost you my business, my families business, and anyone else I can influence to not go through the hassle Nissan has brought to enjoying a car. More

I h I just sent this email to Nissan of Yuba City. I just wanted to take a minute to thank you and your amazing staff for excellent customer service. I have a Juke in your service department getting a new transmission. At first things felt a little rocky. I brought my car in and they took readings and said they were going to contact Nissan and get back to me in a couple of days. Almost 2 weeks went by. They called and said they lost the "readings" and I needed to bring the car back in for readings. To get numbers for Nissan. I brought it in on the way to going to the vet. 10 minutes before my dogs vet appointment, something went wrong and they needed to start over. I was asked if I could bring it back another time. I was a little upset, as I live in Gridley. Patrick immediately turned things around. He offered to have a driver take me and my dog to the Vet appointment so they could finish getting the numbers. He sent the van back to pick me up after my appointment. Since that moment he has gone above and beyond. At the very moment I was ready to give up and go to Chico instead, he turned everything around and has blown me away with amazing customer service. Patrick has totally changed my view and I will recommend you to anyone interested in car sales or repairs. Thank you. More
