I purchased my 2012 GTR in NJ 3 wks ago, and in need of NYS car inspection; since i am a resident of Yorktown Hts, i chose Curry Nissan ( GTR certified dealer) for this; had a scheduled for 3:30 pm appt to NYS car inspection; since i am a resident of Yorktown Hts, i chose Curry Nissan ( GTR certified dealer) for this; had a scheduled for 3:30 pm appt today (10/28/11) and was surprised to be told by Mr. Ruiz that my car can't be inspected and had to be rescheduled for next wk because my appt shld have been at 10:30 am. He was adamant in not having me accommodated because this would mean having other cars moved out of slot. But i held my stance, insisted that it wasn't my fault for the schedule error but Curry's. I had to re-adjust my own schedule so i can keep up with today's inspection. My -what-would-have-been disastrous first time experience with Curry Nissan turned out for the better when John Berrios had the utmost customer interest in mind to keep my appt and have my new car inspected. Nissan Curry should realize i have given then enough business by purchasing from its other car franchise our family van(Honda from H. Curry) 2 yrs ago. And more importantly, perhaps Nissan USA shld be interested to find out that for its supercar GTR brand to be truly satisfying, it must "teach" its dealers to treat its customers GTR-worthy customer service. Perhaps, Mr. Ruiz shld be taught better. Especially as this is my first time...hopefully it will not be the last. More

We would absolutely recommend this dealership especcially Keith Johnon who took the time to explain to a first time car buyer all of the features of the vehicle as well as the car buying process. Jimmy Chang was very helpful as well especially in getting my son the first time car buyers college credit. It meant another $500.00 off the already great price. Recently I posted a review that wasn't favorable to Curry Nissan and now I want to amend it as the dealership rectified the problem. All communication issues seem to be resolved by all parties. They gave me a fair deal and in 38 months I plan to go back and repeat the process...once. Extremely unprofessional dealership. My wife and I went to test drive a used vehicle. The salesman had us make 4 right turns and come back into the dealership (never got above 35 mph). We were still interested in the vehicle but wanted to take a more substantial test drive (take it on the highway - what a novel concept). The salesman talked us into leaving a $500 refundable deposit on the vehicle (they are good at that, aren't they?) contingent upon a 2nd test drive. Long story short, we decided against that test drive and requested a refund of our deposit the next day. THIRTEEN DAYS AND EIGHT INDIVIDUALS LATER (Gloria, Al, Karen, Craig, Doreen, Ed, Sammy), they finally put our refund through (although they orinally claimed they did it the day we called). Just know that if you are shopping for a vehicle at Curry Nissan, it is going to cause you a headache in some form or another. More
