The moment I walked into the dealership I felt welcomed and comfortable without being pressured. I was greeted at the front desk and a sales associate was immediately called over and introduced himself to and comfortable without being pressured. Our conversation started with him wanting to know what I wanted - it was never a question of him talking me into something else. Mike was knowledgeable and confident. We took a test drive of a vehicle he thought would suit my needs, after he expalined (slowly because it had been 10 years since I had a new car) all the new functionality. When we got back to the dealership other sales and administrative staff were waiting - as if they were anxious to hear how the test went. They all genuinely seemed intersted if I was going to choose Nissan. My review is not meant to explain why I was able to make the decision that night to lease a car with Curry Nissan, but why I am also recommending it to my family and friends. More
I visited Curry Nissan with the intention of returning my leased Nissan Sentra and either leasing or buying a new Rogue. I originally dealt with Joe Caldararo and was set to lease a Rogue. Joe was an absol leased Nissan Sentra and either leasing or buying a new Rogue. I originally dealt with Joe Caldararo and was set to lease a Rogue. Joe was an absolute professional and did a great job. The Rogue was a beautiful vehicle, but I felt the timing wasn't right and I love the Sentra, so I changed my mind and decided to stay with it. A lesser sales person would have been disappointed and annoyed. Joe however, was great and directed me to Gloria Carlson so that I could buy the Sentra. Gloria was very professional and made what I thought was going to be an annoying process, very simple. When I visited her to take care of the paperwork, I had my 3 year old son with me. She was so friendly to him and gave him something to do to keep him occupied. I made multiple trips to the dealership while purchasing the car and everyone was so friendly, especially to my son. I made an appointment to get an oil change and now my son keeps asking if he can go with me because he liked going there so much. He was especially fond of Gloria and Keith. There is a very good chance that I will be returning to Curry Nissan in the near future to deal with Joe Caldararo and it's my intent use the service department for my Sentra. More
I leased a 2012 Nissan Sentra. The salesman, Joe Caldararo was a pleasure to deal with. He answered all my questions, was courteous and knowledgeable of his product. I met with Ed Finn also. Again Caldararo was a pleasure to deal with. He answered all my questions, was courteous and knowledgeable of his product. I met with Ed Finn also. Again a pleasure to deal with. Gloria took care of all the financials and it was smooth and easy. It was a pleasure doing business with Curry Nissan with this lease! More
The service crew at Curry Nissan have always been very good to me and now my daughter. I know when I bring my vehicle in for service or a problem you guys have always done good by us and I appreciate tha good to me and now my daughter. All were very helpful during a very trying time as I was in a very serious car accident on May 18th and my car was totaled. I was actually scheduled to test drive a few other cars when I decided I was very in a very serious car accident on May 18th and my car was totaled. I was actually scheduled to test drive a few other cars when I decided I was very happy with my Versa as well as the service department I'd already had a relationship with so why not stick with that. When I came in on May 23rd to look at the Versa I met with Al Hamilton and I was happy to have been shown the car which I eventually drove home on Friday, May 25th. More
Everybody was so friendly and helpful in every way that there is not a thing that I would change. I had previously gone to White Plains Nissan and even though I had told them that I wanted a Maxima but pr there is not a thing that I would change. I had previously gone to White Plains Nissan and even though I had told them that I wanted a Maxima but probably would not be able to afford it and would end up with an Altima they didn't even show me a Maxima they automatically put me in an Altima and although I said the same thing here at Yorktown the first car they showed me was a Maxima they didn't even mention the Altima even though that too is a beautiful car. Everything went very smoothly - John followed up with me about my car--got me to the train station on time (I forget the driver's name but he was also wonderful and very polite).
