From beginning to end, the entire staff was so helpful, understanding, detail-oriented, and focused on making me happy- it made the entire experience of buying a new car an absolute pleasure. Most importantly they listened to my needs and addressed all of my concerns, all the while keeping me within my budget and giving me what I wanted. I have been to many other dealerships where they try to push you into something you don't want, just to make the sale. I told him what I wanted and he showed it to me. No xxxxxxxx or a lame sale pitch. He told me how it is (and that's how I like it). Took the car for a test drive and while driving he pointed out all the features that they vehicle had to offer. I WAS SOLD! I immediately put a down payment and was able to pick up my new car the very next day. I have never had a better experience with a dealership. Most of the time they are trying to pitch to you certain vehicles and promotions. Not here. They are going to tell you exactly what you want and need to hear without all the underlying garbage that most dealerships will feed you first. When I was picking the car up, I met with Jason in finance. Same deal as with Dan. He told me how it is, what I will be paying a month and what I need to do. Down to earth and both were very personable. I know that I will be coming here again in the future when I am ready to get another new car some day. More
