Sales lady Kiera was nice, Keith from financing not nice. I purchased a brand new 2017 Nissan Rogue sport. I’m the one who prepped the car in the rain. I transferred my old plates from the other car and other I purchased a brand new 2017 Nissan Rogue sport. I’m the one who prepped the car in the rain. I transferred my old plates from the other car and other items from my car with no help offered to me. Keith, from financing office, told me that the car will be expedited for prepping, which relieved me and got me excited but an hour laterI saw that my car hasn’t been taken anywhere. Keith, from financing office asked me to give him the payment for November and I told him I’ll check if my wife sent it in yet. I dropped the title for my old car the next day and the guys asked “Who is the title for?” and I said the “Keith, the guy from financing.” I also told the gentleman in the front that the payment for November has been sent. About one week later, I get a text from Keith on my phone and it said “Hey.” That was sent to me on November 14th. On the 17th, I get a text from Keith again saying “hey, we need to talk or I will call the police and tell them you stole a car from the lot.” Which mad me confused. Now he’s claiming that I also owe him payments for the month of December which I never agreed to. When all said and done, he tells me that I made “empty promises” and “empty threats.” He also tell me that “honesty is best”, but he was gonna call the cops on me for stealing a car from his lot. I also found a delivery folder and a new delivery checklist which was never filled out. On November 26th, I texted Keith from financing again and got not answer. Thanks for blaming that I got Kiera fired, she was the only person that was very nice and helpful. Thanks More

MADE ME AN OFFER I COULD NOT REFUSE !! I wanted to upgrade to a newer model Nissan and Mr Kavazovic (Manager) and Anthony Medina (Sales person) worked with me and Nissan Corp and got out of I wanted to upgrade to a newer model Nissan and Mr Kavazovic (Manager) and Anthony Medina (Sales person) worked with me and Nissan Corp and got out of my lease early and cleared me of any extra monies for the extra miles on my vehicle. Nissan of Westbury also cleared up a invoice I got from Corporate Nissan in error. Mr Kavazovic and Anthony Medina made sure that I was kept abreast of what was happening through out process until the matter was taken care of. I would recommend this dealership as a go to place to lease or purchase a new Nissan. Don"t let appearance fool you the dealership is going over a new look. More

Buyer beware I will start off by saying Was I foolish? Absolutely! but maybe I can save you from from falling into the situation I did. First I was contacted by I will start off by saying Was I foolish? Absolutely! but maybe I can save you from from falling into the situation I did. First I was contacted by Westbury Nissan swearing (3 times) that they had the exact vehicle I searched for on Consumers Build a Car service. After entering into this "pit" of a dealership I was told that actually no they didn't have it (well there is lie # 1) but would find the model I desired for a mere $550 month lease payment (I was putting down taxes, reg and bank fees). I was quoted by a "reputable" dealership for that vehicle with those terms at $359. I walked out. While still in my car in their parking lot the salesman came out to me and offered an upgraded model, which was a demo, for the original terms requested ($350 +++). This peaked my interest. I was handed off to 2 other gentlemen to continue my discussions. My "just a few more minutes" process took approximately 3 1/2 hours and the payment terms kept changing and changing. When I questioned several times why my agreed to fees were so much I got a myriad of stories that were ever changing. And that "tax and fee pot" kept going up and up. This is not my first purchase or lease so I am not new to the process. The interactions I endured here were new to me. The constant focus to keep up with all the twists and turns was dizzying and exhausting, part of the game for this type of sales culture I guess. In my opinion their slick maneuvers were very deceptive and intentional. This is a well orchestrated group. Once they meet opposition they pass you off to someone else or their story and explanation of the math involved in your transaction changes-over and over and over. More lies but I couldn't keep up the count. If you do go into this dealership be sure you are well prepared to do a lot of fact checking. And be well rested because they are going to wear you out!! I suggest you make sure you read every last word of what is presented, at least twice, because the salesman's and finance manager's explanations just don't add up to what is actually on the paperwork. And don't believe the sincerity behind the false comradery. They are certainly not interested in keeping you within the monetary parameters you have in mind. That's just a jumping off point for them. And notate the "dumbfounded" look on their faces when you catch them in their lies. Oh and I forgot to mention...the truck broke down within 24 hours of having it and it had to be taken to their repair shop immediately. If your up to a challenge, by all means visit this dealership. For those of you who want a pleasant experience, and want to be able to sleep at night after you solidify your " great deal" with them, I highly recommend you go elsewhere. There are many credible dealerships on LI that really value the relationships they develop. Again in my opinion, Westbury Nissan has absolutely NO INTEREST IN YOU. More
