Beware of this dealearship!!!!!!!! Run Run Run !!!!!!! I went to this dealership on 2/1/18. Met with salesman Christopher Shorter. He is the worst salesman ever. I completed a transaction with him for a nissan murano 2017 SL and he made me believe that the car is mine. I paid him my deposit, and he even called my insurance company on that day to include the car to my insurance. The plan was to pick up the car on 2/3/18, i called him at 9am on 2/3/18 that i was on my way coming to pick up the car as planned, He said okay. To my disappointment, his manager Andreas Abrams called me 15 mins after speaking to Chris Shorter to say that i was declined approval. They did not tell me this on 2/1/18. They told me what my payments will be on 2/1/18. The deal was completed as far as i am concerned on 2/1/18. Chris did not have his ducks in a roll before giving me false hope. I requested for a refund of my money and chris told me to come in with my debit card. As per the manager Andreas, i did not need to come in for the refund to be done, it could have been done over the phone. CHRIS DID NOT KNOW THAT !!!!!!!!!. He is supposed to be a salesman that claims he knows it all. Upon arrival for my refund, Chris acted as if he did not know me. He was busy assisting another customer and told his manager Andreas to help me. FYI i will not be getting the refund until 48 hours , Chris shame unto you !!!!!. You are not transparent. I am very disappointed with this dealership. Do not go to this dealership. Even Maria that works in the back refused to give me my credit report. She did not have good customer service. She was sitting at her desk with the other salesmen doing nothing and talking and laughing . Very unprofessional attitude from them. This is the worst dealership ever !!!!!!!. Run run run !!! . More

Excellent customer service I had an awesome experience last night. This will be my third lease with them. Dimitry hooked me up in a Rogue from an Altima at a reasonable monthly I had an awesome experience last night. This will be my third lease with them. Dimitry hooked me up in a Rogue from an Altima at a reasonable monthly payment and was VERY willing to work with me. He’s really down to earth and wonderful to work with. This dealership has come a long way and it being under NEW ownership definitely made a turn for the best. I would DEFINITELY recommend anyone to check them out. Ask for Dimitry!!!! More

He was understanding of our needs and did everything he can to make sure we left happy. The sales manager Mirza Kavazovic was friendly and did his best to get us at a great price. The entire staff was warm and welcoming and this was the first time in many years of buying a car I did not feel pressured or annoyed while being there. We had an excellent experience at Nissan of Westbury and I would absolutely go back there and recommend my family to see Dimitry. Im looking forward to driving my new Pathfinder for the next 3 years. :) More
Avoid Nissan of Westbury at all costs! Purchased my vehicle in December 2016. Brought my vehicle in for the state inspection for the 1st time and was told I had to pay for it. I had the vehicle for less than 2 months when they changed dealer names and now they can’t honor the same “VIP Advantage”? The girl on the phone said they’d honor the previous dealer’s programs. The sales paper states free complimentary yearly state inspections. So basically EVERY extended service contract and incentives that I put in the equation and paid for to purchase my vehicle went out the door?? Don’t tell me the sales team didn’t see this coming. Who’s to say this business won’t change names (or owners as they claim) to do this to other future customers? Same employees, same xx. Pushy and obnoxious staff. They are xxx kissers to have you buy the car then turn their backs to you once they get you to sign off. Stay away from this dealer. Go elsewhere! More
