Stay away from this dealer especially JESSICA & KEIRA This was the worst experience of my life. I got approved for a loan and they texted me that I was eligible for a $2000 coupon. As I was sitting at t This was the worst experience of my life. I got approved for a loan and they texted me that I was eligible for a $2000 coupon. As I was sitting at the table with Keira she said the coupon was applied. I was so excited to get the car I signed the papers without fulling looking if the coupon was applied. When I get home I call Jessica and she was so mean. She said "I heard you were complaining about blah blah blah" What a way to talk to someone. I asked about the coupon and she said that it wasnt available by the time I signed. So somehow I lost the eligibility in 10 minutes after verbally agreeing with Keira and going to sign with Jessica. Then Jessica says "would $2000 have really stopped you from buying the car"? Are you serious? Is that the point? The point is you drew me to your dealership with promises of a discount and then took it out from under me when I go to sign. Then I asked Jessica why the cash price on the contract was about $6000 over retail and she said bank fees were rolled in. The bank disagrees. This is a nightmare, they also slipped in a warranty without asking, even though the car is covered by Nissan until 60k miles. So my warranty will expire at the same time, haha on me I guess. Now here is the worst part, I could deal with overcharging if my car was running good, but its making a horrible sound from under the hood, so now I have to bring my 2 day old car into service in the middle of moving 50 miles away, which is the whole reason I bought the car. Please Please listen to me and go elsewhere, or go over every line of the contract with a fine tooth comb. Make sure to run the value before hand also. If it looks like you dont know they will take advantage big time. More

I had gone over numbers with Dimitry, and after being reluctant to get a car that day the manager offered me a great deal and also taking over my remaining few payments I had on my current lease and any over mileage. Sat down and filled out all the paperwork, Dimitry had filled out a form called a"lease turn in disclosure statement" stating that any cars they take over and making payments on needed this form filled out which he filled in all remaing payments I had as well as the over mileage on it, and I signed. A month or so later I get an email from nissan stating that I owed money on over mileage so I contact Dimitry who says to forward him the info and he will get it taken care of since that was our agreement. Don't hear anything from him so I assume everything was taking care of u,til I get a letter in the mail stating that the previous balance is in collections. I call nissan to see what is going on, and they inform me that the balance is still pending. Call the dealership and they don't know what that's all about so I show up and am told that because it's not in the computer than it wasn't part of the deal. The manager than shows me a paper asking if we filled it out which was the "lease turn in disclosure statement" saying that they are all meticulous about paperwork . I did recall filling that out and told him and was told they would check my folder in the accounting department that was in another building and closed bc of 4th of july. Ok 2 days later I call back ( Their July 5th) and told the file was pulled but No one was able to get it over there. When asked why they couldn't fax over the information or email it over I was told that was not possible. The next day I email Dimitry who was talking with Mirza and was told they would get back to me. Few hours later I got no call or response so I email again, no response. I call up and was told both are with clients to please hold. Got hung up on so I call back, put on hold and was hung up on an additional 6 times. Was told they were with clients and they would call me back, so I said I would be up there in 15 minutes. When I arrived at approx 430 was told Mirza had left for the day and he would look into it again the next day but the accounting department was closed on the weekend so I might have to wait until Monday. Of course I did! Monday I get the same runaround all day so I show up again, and of course nobody was able to get the folder to confirm the lease turn in disclosure statement that was in there, but Mirza would have them email him the information. Next day after calling a few times he sends me a paper on my new lease claiming that no one in the department saw anything about them paying over mileage. So I show up again. Sit down with both Miss a and Dimitry and is told that Dimitry doesn't recall filli,g anything like that out and being that I only had a few payments left there was no need to fill out a lease turn in disclosure statement and that Its not there. And that the saleperson would not have even gone out to the car to check the mileage for that disclosure statement. Lies, after lies, after lies. Their story has changed multiple times in order not to pay the over mileage on my previous leasetbey took over. Extremely diceitful, and shady. I am going to discuss this matter with corporate and BBB, I know we had filled out that form, and because I cannot find my copy of it, they are claiming it doesn't exist at all, even though prior to me being adamant about us signing itamd me wanting to seeit, they both were stating that the information would be on that sheet. Crooks and liars Previously I wrote a fairly lengthy review of my horrific experience with this dealership when I leased my Murano in November 2017. I am not going to Previously I wrote a fairly lengthy review of my horrific experience with this dealership when I leased my Murano in November 2017. I am not going to go into all the details and twists and turns again but wanted to write an update to my experience. In a nutshell, I agreed to pay down the taxes, registration, bank fees and first month's lease payment. When this figure amounted to approximately $800-$1000 more than my rough estimate, I questioned and asked for validation of the charge going to my credit card. Repeatedly I was told and assured by finance manager, Eric Garcia and dealership manager, Sean that these were the only fees lumped into my down payment. The paperwork was very confusing, much more complicated than any I had seen through many leases before, so it was hard to tell exactly what figures fell into the down payment. Through countless hours upon hours of research over a two month period I was finally able to uncover that I was charged over $1000 for their "complimentary" maintenance agreement, which was part of the "down-payment". I quickly learned I could cancel this maintenance agreement and receive a full refund if done within 60 days of its effective date. My discovery was at day 63 - so I was penalized and only entitled to a pro-rated refund minus a processing fee. These guys are crooks and liars and I don't know how they get away with this time after time, but they do. Will you be their next victim? My advice is to steer clear and don't put yourselves through the turmoil. For those of you who got burned like me, get your refunds from Nissan Corporate. But don't expect anything more from Corp. I begged both Consumer Affairs and NMAC for assistance in uncovering the excess fees and they want nothing to do with you and your "problem with the dealer". It is one thing to get scammed by a local dealership. It is gut-wrenching when the Corporate offices close their eyes to the abuse their customers endure. If this is how the parent company treats customers, it is no wonder this dealership is crooked and unscrupulous. I have read the latest reviews and see there are an awful lot praising this Dimitry. If he really exists he needs to find a dealership worthy of his credibility. Westbury Nissan does not deserve him. More

We made appt with her for next day, wed on March 28th but we were told it was her day off. We were not interested in repeating our requirements but she had made no notes of our conversation and prices she quoted us for Nissan Rogue S, SV and premium packages. We dealt with Omari who was slow and seemed to be under training but not sure but he kept going to others for help. When we approached the general manager Laurence for help he was annoyed. Bottom line, for premium, Dana had quoted $25,608 and Laurence quoted $26,000 plus. He was rude and unpleasant to deal with because we had no email from Dana on her quotations. In the evening got a call from Nissan of North America, the parent company who checked up on how we were doing with our search. Told them if the unpleasant and at their advice contacted the consumer affairs and reported them. WOULD ADVICE TO BE CAREFUL OF THIS DEALER. More

Upon signing I was not even pressured to add on any ridiculous, overpriced extras. More
