That is a perfect way to say they don't respect me or my time because it took me an 90 minutes at least to get there. And attempted to sell me something different. Thank you for nothing. I hope you experience the same disrespect you give to your customers Julio, receptionist and manager!! More

My family highly recommend this place since they feel like a family environment and only sell cars that are tested and true. I shopped around for months and on whim decided to pop in and was blown away. Danny went above and beyond to get a feel for what I was looking for and find something that was a great fit. I highly recommend that anyone looking for a new car or considering a Nissan Ask for Danny, he is very honest and honestly knows his stuff. Danny was patient, listened carefully to my needs, and never pressured me into making a decision. He took the time to explain every feature and option, making sure I was comfortable and confident in my choice. The whole process, from test-driving the car to completing the paperwork, was seamless and stress-free. If you’re looking for a dealership that offers top-notch service, transparency, and an overall wonderful buying experience, I highly recommend Nissan of Westbury I couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase and will definitely be coming back More
Was looking for a used car and the salesman we worked with was Bresil. I've bought/leased many cars over the years and he was absolutely the most respectful one I have encountered. A true professional th with was Bresil. I've bought/leased many cars over the years and he was absolutely the most respectful one I have encountered. A true professional that conducts himself in a very thoughtful & polite manner. Also worth mentioning that Alex in Finance was great (after I insisted, we work out some "bumps in the road" with the numbers....). More
Worst dealership Ever. Refused to honor the advertised price. Insisted I finance. They added SO many Extra fees which added to $5,000 higher than the listed price. Never again would I go here. More
This was the worst car purchase experience of my life by far (out of 4). Whether what happened was incompetence or malice, I'll never know. I wouldn't suggest buying a new car here. If you find yourself by far (out of 4). Whether what happened was incompetence or malice, I'll never know. I wouldn't suggest buying a new car here. If you find yourself needing buy a new car here, I'd suggest treating it as an adversarial experience. If they pulled this kind of stunt with a new car, I really cannot imagine what they are doing with used cars. We came in with exact knowledge of the car we wanted, and had a trade-in. When we were given a trade-in price it was lower than we expected, but the dealer (Daniel Ingardi) told us it would even out "with the rebate." We should have been a little more hesitant since he also offered us a free synthetic oil change on an electric car, but our previous experiences had led us to say that dealers were pretty good, and he wasn't trying to screw us. Lesson learned, since there wasn't a rebate to make up the difference. (Why didn't we catch it? The saga continues). At about 3 hours before close we started the process of buying the car, we saw a price that was close to the online quoted price and said let's do it. We started doing the leg work of moving insurance, our stuff, and then.... waiting. the waiting.... kept going for about three and a half-hours, until it was one hour past closing. We were quite stressed out because we were going to be late to a family event, so they hustled us into the finance office for the final signing. We must have signed more than 16 pieces of documentation (I counted what I took home), and the actual bill of sale and loan agreement was slipped in at the very end. Certainly we could have looked at it more carefully, but at this point they had trained us well to sign what was in front of us. Also, the finance agent pointed very strongly at the monthly payment looked in line with what we expected. Something felt off when I got home. I took a look at our documents and discovered (1) our loan term had been extended; (2) our loan term was at a higher interest rate than we were quoted; (3) that they didn't send us home with a bill of sale--I had to ask for it. When I looked at the bill of sale I was shocked to see the price was $7k higher than listed on the window (Maroney) sticker and their website (a 14% hike). There's some buyer error here. We shouldn't have been quite as nice, but we kinda expected them to be happy with a sale, not sadists who needed to put us in a torture chamber before sending us home with a terrible deal. Hopefully we messed up any kickback by paying off the loan (oops). "But market conditions". I bought the exact same car from a legitimate dealer for the list price because we liked it enough to get a second. Nissan of Westbury should be avoided at all costs. BTW they won't deal with you in writing. They'll post a reply to this (maybe) that says email or call, but they won't engage unless you come in 🤢🤢🤢 More
