They were very nice and took care of the 2012 Rouge recall. The only other thing is they need more curb appeal. While servicing my vehicle they broke part of my sun roof that receeds as it's being closed. The plastic is broken off and can be set back to allow the glass to set but I shouldn't have to do this every tim that receeds as it's being closed. Only owned the car 4 months and they are trying to hustle me for brakes. Manager wouldn't even come speak to me or call me back. Had to call nissan consumer affairs. I was disappointed that the part I came to have installed was not even at the dealership, as it has been discontinued. I didn't find this out until waiting more than an hour in the guest area. Someone should have called me beforehand to let me know the part was not there. HOWEVER...I was treated with respect and professionalism across the board and I recognize that mistakes happen. The dealership offered to install the part free of charge if I can locate it on my own, which I intend to do. The money I had paid for the part to be ordered was promptly refunded to my credit card. So even though there was a problem, I came away from my Nissan Westbury experience with a positive feeling about the dealership a nd the people who work there. Four stars. More
