If i could give less than one start i would. background i have never wrote a poor review on a company in my life so imagine how mistreated i felt from this dealership. Fist thing the dis that was a scam they advertised a used car they had online f0r 46,950 ae called up to make an appt told them which car we were coming to see, and by the time we got to the dealership 90 minutes later the car suddenly went up to 48k and change online. This wasn’t even the half of it - when we went to talk to the salesman about the car he said it’s now 52k !??? we were like what ? he said that the service fee that Bmw had to charge us. So what you should have had that already in the price of the car you can’t false that on at the end. Did the do the service in the last 90 minutes ??? “ummm no it was done last week”’These guys are sleeze xxxxx” even though they sell new Nissan they are tour stereotypical used cars salesmen. After we said no and went to walk out they dropped the price down to 59,900- I told my wife if they give it to you at the original price still don’t buy it. It’s companies like this that should not be in business. The salesman didn’t even know if their was a warranty on the car still from BMW or not. Which made no sense because the car was a 2023 and BMW has a 4 year or x mile warranty. Which makes me also suspicious on the car itself. More

I purchased a vehicle from them that, within 45 days, revealed dangerously faulty brakes — a critical safety issue that no reputable dealership should ever overlook. Either they failed to perform a basic safety inspection, or they knowingly sold me a hazardous vehicle. Either scenario is inexcusable. When I contacted them about this life-threatening defect, their response was dismissive and unhelpful. No accountability. No urgency. Just empty apologies and runaround tactics. I was forced to pay out of pocket to repair something that should never have been an issue in the first place — or at the very least should have been disclosed. Selling a car in this condition isn’t just bad business — it’s negligence. I am currently exploring legal options and have already reported them to the appropriate consumer protection agencies. If you value your safety, your money, or your sanity, avoid this dealership at all costs. This experience has been nothing short of outrageous. More
