5000 mile service I had my appointment set for 7 a.m. Friday and got right in. Oil change, rotate tires and general over all check of fluids. Key FOB purchase and programming I sent an e-mail to Cindy for a FOB for my recently purchased 2012 Nissan Altima from another dealer. I checked with two other dealers and Sorg Nissan I sent an e-mail to Cindy for a FOB for my recently purchased 2012 Nissan Altima from another dealer. I checked with two other dealers and Sorg Nissan offered the best price for the part and programming, by far. Cindy responded to my e-mails right away and she was very friendly. Cindy referred me to Bernie and an appt. was made. Bernie greeted me warmly upon my arrival and was excellent throughout my visit. He's a top professional, who showed genuine interest in my service request. The Service Dept was very clean. One thing I did not care for was a service tech throwing my soon-to-be-programmed FOB on the service desk, where Bernie was writing my order. I think it caught Bernie by surprise too. It wasn't a far toss from a distance, but it was clearly a toss. Lobbing the FOB showed a lack of professionalism and indicated to me the service tech was being bothered and was not pleased with his assignment. The tech could have easily placed the FOB on the desk rather than throw it. Once my FOB was programmed, Bernie showed me features on it my salesman from the dealership where I bought my car did not show me. Bernie's a true champ. Please send service coupons via e-mail or regular mail as my experience has earned future business with Sorg Nissan. Walk in oil change and inspection my service was completed within 1/2 hr. I was give inspection check list with an explanation of future service recommendation.
