Not like other Nissan Dealers I was hesitant to walk back into a Nissan dealer after my experience with the one in my hometown (which was the worst customer service I have ever exp I was hesitant to walk back into a Nissan dealer after my experience with the one in my hometown (which was the worst customer service I have ever experienced). As soon as we stepped on the lot at Sorg Nissan we were greeted by Greg and within 60 seconds I knew we had come to the right place. He was upfront and honest about which vehicle was the best financial deal, he let us test drive it on our own (without the non-stop sales pitches from the back seat) and he immediately let us know where he stood with the sticker price. There was no back and forth "let me talk to my manager" game when negotiating price. He was knowledgable on the features of each vehicle and answered all of my questions. We even decided to finance through them because of the awesome interest rate they offered. Everyone we dealt with that day made the transaction stress free. We will definitely be back when it is time to upgrade our vehicle (and we will be back for the free 2 years of oil changes!). Thank you Sorg Nissan! More

Honesty We bought a Subaru Outback from Gurley Leep for my wife just before leasing a Nissan Frontier from Sorg. On her 10,000 mile service (and we paid for t We bought a Subaru Outback from Gurley Leep for my wife just before leasing a Nissan Frontier from Sorg. On her 10,000 mile service (and we paid for the complete care package) they tried to charge us $180.00 for fuel injector treatment, On my 10,000 mile service Sorg charged me $12.00 for the fuel injector treatment. I have talked to many people now about Gurley leep and here horrifying stories which I shared with Subaru. I am sorry I bought the Subaru now because I will never take it back for service with Gurley Leep. We would have to drive to Grand Rapids MI. to get service now. Sorg is an honest company that treats you like you matter and there prices are very fair. I bought my injector cleaner for the Subaru from Sorg. We will be trading our Subaru in for a Nissan with Sorg not because we do not like the vehicle but because we do not trust Gurley leep. More
