Oil Change We brought in both of our Nissan's for an oil change. We had an appointment for one and decided just to bring both. Bernie got both in right away. Oil change/tire rotation/recall appointment Scheduled an oil change, tire rotation and recall work to be done. My appointment started on time and was rather quick-almost to quick, about 10 min. I hate to complain about not waiting too long but I found it hard to believe everything was done so quickly. After reviewing my paperwork when I got home it said tire rotation not performed. Why??? I verbally went over the 3 things I was there for and all 3 items were on the work order. I cannot give 4-5 stars because of this. I do not live close, so returning is not an option. More

Bought Used Car Abby was very great and helpful. When I went to the sign the papers with the finance guy, Dave, he was extremely rude. He had a horrible attitude like Abby was very great and helpful. He had a horrible attitude like being there was the absolute worst thing he could possibly be doing at that moment. He had horrible customer service skills. Did not make eye contact, basically throw the papers at me to sign, and did not even say a simple thank you. I just bought an expensive car from you and you can't even say thank you. Signed the last paper, he gave me a copy and said "that's all I need". Then stared at his computer. No bye, have a nice day, thank you for doing business with us...nothing. If I had met with him and not Abby, I would have never bought the car from this place. Thankfully Abby was so nice and great otherwise I would have took my business elsewhere. More
