Car would not start....battery issue My car would not start as I went out to run errands. I called Sorg and they told me a tow service that they used. I called the tow service and they My car would not start as I went out to run errands. I called Sorg and they told me a tow service that they used. I called the tow service and they were there in 20 minutes, jumped the battery and took it in to the dealership. Sorg said they would call when it was done. It was determined that the battery was under warranty. I ended up not paying one penny for the tow, the labor and the materials. They worked me in on a Friday around noon. I had the car back by 3:15 pm.. Plus, I found out, they were working with a short staff that day. I was happily impressed. More

I live in Goshen but was leaving/travelling with someone else for a week and thought this would be the perfect time for my car to go into the shop. Bernie went out of his way to pick up my car and deliver it because I wasn't going to be available to drive it down to Warsaw. I sooo appreciated that. Not only that, he called and/or texted me while I was gone to keep me up to date on issues and cost. Thank you! You made my day!
