Great Customer Service Three weeks ago I lost my husband. I had a Rouge and it was bigger than I needed. I thought I would speak to someone to get an idea of what I could do regarding getting something smaller and would of course get a smaller payment. I was lucky enough to have Greg listen to my concerns and he was able to help me get a smaller car with a smaller payment. I felt that he had my best interest at heart. Ryan helped me get with the loan part of the deal. Toby Sorg came into meet me. Where does this happen?? The owner taking a personal interest to see that I am satisfied. Tired of run around! Lets start off that we are a Nissan family, I'm on my second Murano, wife has a Rogue, daughter has a Versa, other daughter has a Murano. Bought my second Murano at Sorg, sent my daughter there to buy her Murano. A year later the information center went out, took my car into Sorg to see how much and ask to check out the alignment as I was taking a long trip. The info center was $926 ouch! They didn't have time to put car in rack for alignment so a tech. drove the car and said is was a little of but no prob. I went on my trip and the back tires became bald on the inside. I drove back home went to check out what happened and the alignment was way off. New tires/alignment - $1126. If they would of told me the alignment was off i wouldn't have driven it before getting fixed. I called 'Sorg to tell them about my situation, and asked to get the info center done for $500 since i paid $1126 for tires, Kent Lochmandy said 626 I ask again 500. He became short and I said for 126 you are going to lose a customer? More

Best Buying Experience! I have purchased many different vehicles over the years and many experiences have been mediocre at best. I have never left a car lot feeling great about my purchase. There was Always something that rubbed me wrong. When my wife stopped by to look at options she told me the salesman was really nice. At the time I was thinking yea they all are so you buy from them. Also know that my wife has grown up in the car business her enter life so when she says a car salesman was nice it really was saying something. We went back together to see the same rep. His name is Neal Bell. Neal officially changed my outlook on car dealerships and salesman completely. I have been in retail sales management for over a decade and Neal was absolutely fantastic! His knowledge, his personality, and his customer service first mentality made this purchase the best experience I have ever had buying a car! I truly felt good when I left the dealership! That has never happened for me ever! I highly recommend that you see Neal Bell at our local Sorg Warsaw Dealership!! This is where I'll be buying all my vehicles!! More

Took my altimeter in for a normal oil and tire rotation just days before a long holiday trip What was a Routine service turned into a major save. Took my altimeter in for a normal oil and tire rotation just days before a long holiday trip. While servicing the car they found one of my tires ready to explode at anytime, fibers and cords exposed by a giant gaping cut witch appeared to have been there for many miles. I don't need problems and that simple find could have very well saved a life , and accident, and most of all time and money. Guys my hat is off to you More
