Unexpected treatment for a used car purchase I spent time researching my best used car options. I checked reviews and pricing. We went to Sorg not expecting to purchase anything. A salesman came to speak to us and answered my questions. He did not push me one bit. The sales team at Sorg does not earn commission. I was so surprised to find a vehicle there that was right up my alley. The kbb price was listed at a higher value than I actually paid. The service provided to me was wonderful. My salesperson was Neal Bell. The dealership was just about to close and I didn't feel rushed by Neal. The only thing I found a bit unprofessional was the way the finance man was behaving. He was annoyed at another employee and it definitely showed. He also seemed a bit aggravated that we were wanting to purchase that evening since it was time to close. That I don't really blame him for : it was quitting time and we were hindering his departure. I have been treated very well by Bernie in the service department as well. So many of these dealerships we visited were so overbearing and in your face it got to the point where I told my wife I couldn't do it anymore. This may sound corny but I really believe it was divine intervention that we ended up finding a car online at Sorg Nissan and meeting Neil Bell. Talking to Neil was like talking to an old friend. His calm, no pressure demeaner put me at ease and I instantly felt comfortable and wanted to do business with him and Sorg. All that changed last Frid I've never walked out of a car dealership before, without feeling as though I had been taken in some way, shape, or form... All that changed last Friday. They could not, as a group, have been easier to work with, or more friendly. Abby, and Dave literally made this the best car buying experience I have ever had. I was given great value on my trade in, and they worked with me on getting the numbers to a place I was MORE than comfortable with.
