Above and beyond! My tire pressure warning came on. I pulled over and did a visual check, I saw no problem. I called Nissan service, they said stop on by. When I called back, after putting the spare on, they told me that they would be there for me even though it was very close to closing time! To sum it up, I left with a replacement tire, minimal fees and a feeling of security after being treated with professionalism and kindness! More

Our Sorg Nissan Experience We had been looking for a car for over a year. Every weekend another car lot. We liked the look of the Rogue and stopped in to just ask questions. W We had been looking for a car for over a year. Every weekend another car lot. We liked the look of the Rogue and stopped in to just ask questions. We meet the nicest sales person on a Saturday afternoon. I think he was about to go home for the day and still took the time to tell us all about the Rogue. We let him know we were just looking and he still took the time to answer all our questions. We came back the next Thursday evening, after I had called to make sure "our salesman" would be in. We just wanted to see what our trade in would be worth. Neal Bell was there waiting on us at 4;00 just as nice and just as helpful as before. He found the car we had looked at the week before and we took a test drive. Neal helped us run the numbers to see what financing we needed, and which plan would work best for us. Then we decided to go out and look at other colors, (I know, right). Neal went out with us and we looked at all the colors that had similar packages as the one we thought we wanted. Neal was a trooper, hung right in until we agreed on the beautiful metallic gray. He filled out our app. gave us a coke while we waited and in 10 minutes we were in talking to Ryan Sark and filling out paper work. He was also very friendly and helpful. While the paper work was being typed we spent time talking with Mr. Sorg, who was out and about greeting customers. We felt very welcomed and respected by everyone.
