Though we all wish for a better deal, I learned the hard way going to a Chicago dealer that had a great price was a waste of time. I returned to Sorg to get the deal they said they would do and I now will certainly give them first shot every time I buy a Nissan. Never was the deal tense nor confrontational. Ryan continues to be a great asset to the company. Bernie in service is the type of service manager you want to deal with. If there is an ugly problem, he isn't going to sugar coat it and down play it. I would rather know the true problem and get it fixed rather than think you fixed it and pay twice. He is very busy, but is always business and cordial. I feel everyone at the dealership has your best interest, Kim, Kevin, Toby, etc. Never a bad experience, and I have been driving to Warsaw from Mishawaka since the purchase for their service for over 5 years, and will continue to do so. Very good buying experience - no hassles - no game playing! Great Experience! Josh was such a great guy to work with! I was pretty dead set on a Juke that was new to the lot and unable to be test driven but he still made sure I Josh was such a great guy to work with!
