Josh Gales introduced himself by email, and Josh carried me through the rest of the process of buying my new Murano. On the phone, Josh was knowledgeable and familiar with the car, and he handled all of my questions professionally and sincerely. Although I generally don’t like working with sales people, I never felt any pressure to buy. This approach make me feel very comfortable working with Josh. In person, I found Josh to be enthusiastic, informed, and friendly. I was impressed with his knowledge of the Murano. I studied the features and specs for the car before my trip to Sorg; yet, he still knew more about the vehicle than I did.
